At present,The Internet technology and digital economy in China are developing vigorously,so the employment forms in China are also showing a trend of diversification.According to relevant employment statistics,although China’s employment situation has been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic,one of the reasons why China achieved 122.1% of its employment target by 2020 is that flexible employment provides workers with more diverse employment options and a large number of flexible employment positions,to lay a solid foundation for achieving high quality employment.This dissertation studies the influencing factors of flexible employment labor supply,which will help the government and enterprises to make targeted policies,improve the labor supply of flexible employment and promote China’s economic development.Firstly,the research background of the dissertation is explained.Secondly,to define the scope of this study,then carding domestic and foreign literature about flexible employees labor supply factors.On the basis of literature research,combined with relevant theories,the influencing factors of labor supply are analyzed,and the research model is constructed by selecting individual characteristics,human capital,family characteristics,expected income,social security and subjective cognition factors.Then,this dissertation constructs OLS regression analysis model and uses standardized coefficient method and Stata15 software to empirically analyze the factors affecting the labor supply of flexible workers.Finally,the conclusion of this dissertation is summarized and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.To grasp the factors affecting the labor supply of flexible employees makes the research more in line with the real demand.Conclusions of this study: The personal characteristics and so on six big factors on the flexible workers labor supply has a significant effect,of all the factors.Among all the influencing factors,according to the direction of its influence from positive to negative,from large to small,and the results showed that the age,endowment insurance,marital status,expected income and job satisfaction of flexible employees rank the top five factors influencing their labor supply,Within our controllable scope,We give suggestions for improving pension insurance coverage,expected income and job satisfaction.To help government enterprises make full use of labor resources reasonably and promote China’s economic development.
