With the development of the society and the deepening of the reform,flexible employment personnel as an important part of China's labor market has gradually been concerned by everyone,their role in promoting the national economic development can not be ignored.However,due to the strong mobility and instability of flexible employment groups,this group has been free from the basic endowment insurance system for a period of time.In order to bring people with flexible employment into the basic old-age insurance system and effectively protect their legal rights,the state is also stepping up the construction of the basic old-age insurance system.The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that affect the participation of flexible employees in pension insurance in Chifeng city.Firstly,the scale of flexible employees in Chifeng city is estimated,and 10,000 people are selected as analysis samples.Second use of SPSS software,according to the demographic characteristics of each statistical summary,binary Logistic regression analysis model is set up again,by demographic characteristics and behavior of endowment insurance to carry on the cross,then perform trend analysis of demographic factors affecting personnel of flexible obtain employment to attend endowment insurance,and based on the sample group of demographic factors and the analysis of the government's policy of one by one,to determine the influence factors and influence,finally will be the results of the analysis combined with the domestic and foreign advanced experience,put forward to promote Chifeng city personnel of flexible obtain employment to attend endowment insurance proposal.
