As the world is hit by the COVID-19 pandemic,the global fight against the epidemic has prompted us to rethink the value and meaning of life,and life education has once again come into view.Children are naturally curious.In daily life,they will ask and think about questions related to life.They are also full of strong and innate curiosity about life.Their view of life directly affects their behavior of cherishing and protecting life.Therefore,this study aimed at children to study the value of life,according to the children’s daily observation,interview,work analysis,understand how children life related issues,determine the lives of children’s cognitive,attitude to life,life values three dimensions,offer a reference for subsequent life education ideas and Suggestions.As the language expression ability and cognitive experience of preschool children aged 5-6 years old in the big class are significantly higher than those in the middle class and the small class,which is more convenient for carrying out the practical investigation of this study,children aged 5-6 years old are selected as the objects of this study.In the early stage of this study,literature analysis was mainly used to collect relevant literature.In the later stage,Mosaic method was mainly used to collect receipts.The tools used include observation,children’s interview,painting,kindergarten trip and children’s conference.A total of 64 children,32 boys and 32 girls,were randomly selected from two kindergartens,S and N,in K City.The results show that children’s cognitive view of life focuses on the external characteristics of life body,and the explanation mechanism of death characteristics of different life body presents diversified characteristics.In the view of life attitude,they show contradictory state,and they have the consciousness of caring for life,but there is also the problem of disconnection between knowledge and action.In terms of the value of life,children not only pay attention to the value of life,but also respect the value of life.According to the collation and analysis of relevant data,children’s outlook on life shows four characteristics: coordination,ignorance,dialectic and difference.In addition,this study found that the formation of children’s outlook on life is affected by different factors,which can be divided into external factors and internal factors.The external factors mainly include education(family and kindergarten field related life education),the dual influence of social media and the influence of peer group.The internal factors mainly include children’s cognitive level,life experience and language expression ability.Therefore,in view of the factors and problems affecting the formation of children’s outlook on life,the corresponding educational suggestions are put forward.First,the kindergarten should turn from neglect to attention to meet children’s pursuit of life;Second,at the parent level,parents should shift from exclusion to acceptance,and help children better understand life and death;Third,at the social level,social media should be transformed from decentralized to integrated to create a good social atmosphere for children.
