In recent years,the state has issued relevant policies and opinions on implementing thel cooperation,and promoting home-school cooperation has become an important part of education reform to improve the quality of education.But,It is the cooperation between institution at the middle level that the family cooperate with school,actually it is the parents and teachers at the micro level who really implement the cooperation between family and school.As important others in the growth of children,the relationship between parents and teachers reflects the implementation of home-school cooperation policy and the development of students to a large extent.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to pay attention to the relationship to promote home-school cooperation and student development.This research adopts qualitative research paradigm,the selection of elementary school parents and teacher interviews,to look at the both sides communication platform;and then uses the information collected by the grounded theory analysis,link to parents and teachers to build relationship as the main line,summarizes the relationship types,explore factors,on the basis of combing the formation mechanism of the elementary parent-teacher relationship.Then the possible path of constructing ideal parent-teacher relationship is put forward.The details are as follows:First of all,data on the status quo of parent-teacher relationship were collected and coded.It was found that the formation of parent-teacher relationship experienced three basic links: "interactive basis","interactive process" and "interactive result".Different links formed four types of parent-teacher relationship under the action of different factors,namely:parents-teacher relationship of substance coordination,form coordination,relative alienation parent-teacher relationship,complete alienation parent-teacher relationship.However,based on the development of students and the guidance of school education,the probability of the existence of completely alienation parent-teacher relationship in real situations is very small,so it is not analyzed in depth.In addition,parent-teacher relationship types can be transformed into each other under the influence of different factors.Secondly,this thesis analyzes the formation mechanism of the primary school parent-teacher relationship.In reality,not every kind of parent-teacher relationship can achieve the purpose of promoting students’ development.In order to achieve the goal of education and make the negative parent-teacher relationship develop into a positive one,it is necessary to explore its formation mechanism.Therefore,this study uses the conclusion of three-level coding and combines the theory of interpersonal relationships to clarify what is constituent elements,which are influencing factors,in which the partnership was formed in the pro division link role and contact each other and influence each other operation rules and principles of in-depth analysis,and try to tease out the formation mechanism of the elementary school close relationship diagram.Finally,this thesis provides knowledge and reference for the transformation from different parent-teacher relationship types to ideal parent-teacher relationship types.Parents and teachers should activate the interactive intention and strengthen the interactive guarantee in the basic link of interaction.In the process of interaction,we should actively invest to improve the quality of interaction;In the interaction result link,should face up to the negative result,improve the interaction effect.
