Gratitude is an important part of traditional Chinese culture,an important emotion of human beings,and a traditional virtue of the Chinese nation."Post-00" college students were born at the beginning of this century and are the main force in the future construction of the motherland.Whether they have the quality of gratitude is not only related to the overall development of the individual,but also to the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Due to the obvious difference between the environment and the education received from other generations,the "post-00s" college students have formed unique group characteristics."Post-00s" college students have injected new vitality into colleges and universities on the one hand,and brought new challenges to ideological and political education on the other hand.Therefore,in the face of the unique "post-00" college students and the requirements of talent training in the new era,it is urgent to analyze the reality of their gratitude,and to propose effective solutions to the existing problems.Based on the relevant theories of ideological and political education,on the basis of defining the related concepts of "post-00" college students’ gratitude education,this paper analyzes the current situation of "post-00" college students’ gratitude education by means of literature research and questionnaire survey,and sorts out.The "post-00s" college students’ gratitude education is generally improving,but there are still problems such as the disconnection of knowledge and action,the weakness of knowledge and force,the ineffectiveness of gratitude education in colleges and universities,the lack of public opinion guidance,and the weakening of family education,and deeply analyzes the reasons for the problems.Based on this,combining the group characteristics of "post-00" college students with ideological and political education methods,an optimization strategy is proposed.First,promote the unity of knowledge and action in the self-gratitude education of "post-00s" college students,so that they can feel,understand,and act in gratitude;secondly,highlight the dominant position of colleges and universities,and make gratitude education more grounded in content and methods.Cute and credible,so that college students truly believe in true learning;finally,the collaborative cultivation of society and family strengthens the practice of gratitude,so that they have the will,ability,and behavior to practice gratitude.
