Contemporary College Students A Sense Of Wear Of The Problem - Cognitive, Emotional, Will And Behavior

Gratitude is a complete reaction system which is based on an inner desire of an individual to recognize and reward the benefit and convenience nature,others and the society offers.It is not only an understanding,a feeling,a kind of will,it is also an act.Meanwhile,it is of great significance in practice to cultivate university students'cognition, emotion,will and behaviour of gratitude,because on one hand,it not only inherits the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation to adapt to the social development and the progress of times,on the other hand,building a harmonious socialist society is an important aspect and is the implementation of moral education due.The paper is divided into four sections.First of all,chapter I describes the definition of gratitude and its objects,and elaborates the importance of cultivating university students'cognition,emotion,will and behaviour of gratitude cognition.ChapterⅡdiscusses the cognition of gratitude on the basis of the theory.The ideas of gratitude can be traced back to the Western traditional thoughts,religious teachings,as well as traditional Chinese culture;Also,the contents related with sociology and ethics are in connection with the study of gratitude;then,it introduces some psychological theories relevant to the study,including theory of widening and constructing,moral sentiment theory,cognitive theory and theory of emotional experience.ChapterⅢfurther analyses the current status of the sense of gratitude of university students through investigation,which has adopted a cluster sampling survey method,in which 601 questionnaires were issued in two different levels of colleges in two cities,between which,one is in central china,the other in eastern china,with SPSS statistical software for statistical analysis,which is a more objective way of measuring the results of the analysis,and on the basis of it,some research was done on the cause of the current lack of a sense of gratitude and a weakened sense of it.Based on the current existing problems of university students,ChapterⅣfocuses on discussing goals and ways to cultivate the students'sense of cognition,emotion,will and behavior,using some gratitude-related theories.In order to improve their cognition of gratitude and cultivate the sense of their not seeking rewards,we should do as follows:first,it's nesscery to improve their cognitive level of gratitude;second,their emotional experience should also be strengthened;third,we should temper their will of gratitude;besides,it's very important to carry out various forms of social practical activities.
