| In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the upgrading of economic structure optimization,the rapid transformation of development mode,the advancement of modern economic development system construction increasingly need a batch of high-quality technical skilled personnel,and the tasks of technology skilled personnel training of vocational education more need to play the vital role.As the key force to promote the modernization of vocational education,the role of teachers is self-evident.Higher vocational colleges must strengthen the construction of double-qualified teachers as the most important and basic work of vocational reform and development.But the reality is that the contradiction between the increasing demand for high-quality technical and skilled talents and the insufficient competence of "double-qualified" teachers in higher vocational education is becoming increasingly prominent,which restricts the high-quality development of vocational education and further affects the quality of talent training.While the country is developing vocational education vigorously,how should the "double-qualified" teachers in higher vocational colleges shoulder the important task of cultivating high quality compound and professional talents?What are the competencies and areas of competence of "double-qualified" teachers in higher vocational education?What will be the new competency model of "double-qualified" teachers? What is the current competency level of "double-qualified" teachers at primary,secondary and senior levels? What are the fundamental reasons for restricting the overall development of "double-qualified" teachers’ competence? How to effectively and comprehensively improve the post competency of "double-qualified" teachers in higher Vocational colleges?Based on the basic research on the scientific theory of "double-qualified" teachers’ competency in higher vocational colleges in Shandong Province,this study carried out a systematic qualitative and quantitative research on the "double-qualified" teachers’ competency in higher vocational colleges in Shandong Province by combining literature research method,DACUM job analysis method,questionnaire survey method and quantitative analysis.Through the qualitative research,the paper develops the job analysis table and the vocational education accomplishment table of "double qualified" teachers in higher vocational colleges,finds out the job responsibilities and tasks of the double qualified teachers,extracting the competency fields and competency elements,and developing the self-evaluation scale of "double qualified" teachers in higher vocational colleges.In addition,exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis are used to build the competency model of double-qualified teachers in higher vocational colleges.The competency model test is used to analyze the current situation of the competency level of "double-qualified" teachers,and the competency model is used to put forward the ways to improve the competency of "double-qualified" teachers.The results show that the competence of "double-qualified" teachers in higher vocational colleges is a multi-dimensional structure composed of 6 competencies,24 competency fields and 61 competency elements.The six-dimensional competency model of dual-qualified teachers covers six dimensions of dual-qualified teachers’ ideological guidance ability,education and teaching ability,practical teaching ability,teaching research ability,teaching/project management and social service ability,and vocational education accomplishment.This paper applies the competency model to test the competency level of "double-qualified" teachers in shandong higher vocational colleges,found the "double-qualified" teachers is to cultivate the training effect is not good,no "double-qualified" teachers’ professional ability reference standards,different levels of qualification accreditation standards are not unified,the evaluation index is imperfect and so on.Applying the six-dimensional competency model of "double-qualified" teachers,the author puts forward the implementation path of "double-qualified" teachers’ competency improvement:Construct the professional competence standard of "double-qualified" teachers by stratification and classification;Hierarchical and classified to create a "double-qualified" teacher step development mode integrating qualification identification,training and ability assessment;Using modern information technology to develop a "double teacher" teacher evaluation system with true data,multiple evaluation,process evaluation,subjective consciousness,fair results;Building a team of high-quality "double-qualified" teachers led by the government and jointly trained by schools,industries and enterprises. |
