As China enters a new stage of development,industrial upgrading and Economic restructuring are accelerating,the demand for skilled personnel in all walks of life is becoming increasingly urgent,and the important position and role of vocational education is becoming increasingly prominent.As the main export destination for advanced technical and skilled talents,vocational colleges have contributed a significant force to the development of China’s economy,society,and education.As the cornerstone of the development of vocational education,the quality and level of the“double qualified” teaching team not only affect the improvement of vocational colleges’ educational level,but also affect the high-quality economic development of the entire society.At present,the country attaches great importance to the construction of the “double qualified” teacher team,and various vocational colleges have also improved their educational level based on the construction of the “double qualified”teacher team,and have achieved certain results.However,specifically,there are still a large number of common and individual problems that need to be solved in the process of building the “double qualified” teacher team in vocational colleges.This study is based on the theories of teacher professionalization and human resource management,and uses literature research methods to construct a strategic framework for the construction of a “double qualified” teaching team in vocational colleges from a theoretical perspective.Selecting the construction practice of the“double qualified” teaching team of N Vocational and Technical College as the research object,combined with questionnaire survey and interview survey methods,the current situation of the construction of the “double qualified” teaching team of N Vocational and Technical College is obtained.Through analysis,it is found that there is an imbalance in the proportion structure of the “double qualified” teaching team and an imperfect selection mechanism for "double qualified" teachers in the construction of the“double qualified” teaching team of N Vocational and Technical College Analyze the reasons for the inadequate training mechanism for “double qualified” teachers and the immature evaluation and incentive system for “double qualified” teachers from the perspectives of material guarantee,institutional guarantee,and subjective cognition.Finally,based on the successful experience of building a “double qualified”teaching team in foreign countries,optimization strategies are proposed for the construction of the “double qualified” teaching team in N Vocational and Technical College,which include strengthening government management functions,playing a policy oriented role,innovating school development ideas,improving the “double qualified” teacher management system,updating teachers’ own concepts,and improving practical literacy,In order to provide new ideas and direction for the construction of the“double qualified” teaching team in N Vocational and Technical College,and thereby improve the quality and competitiveness of the college’s education. |
