Research On The Rise And Development Of The "Yue Zhan" Amateur Basketball Tournament In Harbin

Harbin "battle engagement" amateur basketball event is a newly emerging amateur basketball event in Harbin since 2018.After four years and six seasons of development,the participating team has been increasing,the number of participants has increased continuously,and the scale has been expanding.From the first season to the third season,the running in between the event and the team,after the rapid development of the event in the fourth season and the fifth season,to the relatively stable development in the sixth season,the "appointment" amateur basketball event has gone through a period of development from scratch,from germination to stability.This paper takes the "battle" amateur basketball event in Harbin as the main research object,and uses the research methods of literature,field investigation,interview and questionnaire to analyze the rise and development process of the "battle" amateur basketball event in Harbin.The research shows that the rise factors of the "battle" amateur basketball event in Harbin include the transformation of the sports needs of amateur basketball players;Relatively sufficient indoor venues;The number of participating teams has increased.At the same time,in the study of the development process of the "battle appointment" amateur basketball event in Harbin,it is found that although the event is developing in a positive direction every season,there are still some problems,such as the lack of government power in the event organization;Lack of professional laws and regulations;It is not easy to break through the competition of similar events;The binding force of the rules and regulations of the event is insufficient;The overall level restricts the development of events;The scale of event referees is small;The professional ability of event recording staff needs to be improved;The All-Star game lacks a sense of ceremony and atmosphere.On this basis,in view of the above problems,through analysis,the following development countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: 1)strengthen the connection between the "appointment" basketball event and the government sports competent department and Harbin Basketball Association;2)Strengthen publicity and promotion by coordinating and excavating the "online popular" players in the competition through the government;3)Introduce professional management talents and increase the binding force of "engagement" events on participants;4)Improve the professional ability of competition staff through regular training;5)Expand the scale of events,strengthen cooperation between projects and clarify the development direction of events.The above countermeasures have pertinence and suitability for the solution of the development problems of "engagement" amateur basketball events,and play a positive role in promoting the rapid and stable development of their events.
