The cultivation of reserve talents in competitive sports is an important foundation for the development of sports in China,and it is also an important link in the implementation of sports education integration policies in China’s school sports and education work.However,at present,there are a series of obstructive problems in the cultivation of reserve talents in competitive sports in traditional track and field schools in Beijing.Taking the current situation and development strategies of the cultivation of reserve talents in competitive sports in traditional track and field schools in Beijing as the research object,using methods such as literature review,on-site investigation,interviews,and questionnaire surveys,in order to provide theoretical support and practical reference for the cultivation of reserve talents in competitive sports in Beijing.The research found that through the analysis of the structure of competitive sports reserve talents,the situation of coaches and teachers,the school organization service and management of Beijing traditional track and field schools,there are six training advantages,namely,high government financial investment,more advantageous resources for the development of sports and education clubs,the establishment of perfect sports club,the nationwide selection of athletes,and the high popularity of the project.There are six training dilemmas:difficulties in policy implementation and follow-up,poor school facilities and low evaluation,defects in socialized interaction,few competitions and lack of innovation,poor teaching staff,and prominent contradictions in student learning and training.Based on this,explore the development strategies for cultivating reserve talents in competitive sports in traditional track and field schools in Beijing in the future,including building communication bridges between sports and education departments and improving relevant policies;Utilize the resource advantages of the physical education department to solve school problems;Establish an integrated education,sports,and social education system to promote socialized cooperation;Promote the creation of sports and education department competitions,and promote training through competitions;Improve the special funds of the physical education department and strengthen the construction of the teaching staff;Change students’cognition and alleviate the contradiction between learning and training through integrated channels. |
