| With China’s rapid development of intelligent manufacturing and the acceleration of industrial upgrading iteration,high-skilled talents have emerged as an important driver of national economic transformation.As the starting point of the vocational education system,secondary vocational education has been imparting a large number of skilled talents to society.However,in the teaching process of the VB course in secondary vocational schools,there are some problems to be solved,such as the teaching goal only paying attention to textbook knowledge,the school not paying attention to the cultivation of students’ comprehensive quality,and the single way of learning evaluation and so on.The teaching mode needs further reform.OBE(Outcome-based Education)is a teaching concept that starts with students’ future achievements,focuses on students,reverses the design of teaching content,and focuses on cultivating students’ comprehensive qualities.Project-based teaching is mainly carried out in the way of exploring projects,focusing on cultivating students’ cooperative ability,but it cannot get rid of the influence of“teacher-centered” in the conventional teaching mode in the practical application.The OBE teaching concept can improve the practical problems of project teaching.In order to meet the needs of secondary vocational teaching reform,this study integrates the advantages of the OBE concept and project-based teaching and designs a project-based teaching mode based on the OBE concept.The teaching process is divided into expected learning results,teaching activities,and learning evaluation.In the expected learning achievement link,the curriculum knowledge goal and the actual work need the ability to unify,formulate,and conform to the teaching goal;in the teaching activities,after determining the teaching content and project name,the teaching activities are carried out according to the steps of planning projects,formulating plans,exploring practice,and sharing communication;in the process of learning evaluation,we should not only pay attention to curriculum achievements,but also pay attention to students’ subject quality and comprehensive ability.In the one-year teaching experiment of the VB course,the class with the same starting point is taken as the experimental object.The project teaching mode based on the OBE concept is used in the experimental class,and the conventional teaching mode is used in the control class.After the teaching experiment is completed,the teaching effect is tested by a knowledge test,a 5C ability scale,and a course recognition survey.By analyzing the experimental data,it can be found that the average values of the knowledge test and the 5C ability scale of the students in the experimental class are higher than those of the students in the control class,and the recognition of the students in the experimental class for each link of the teaching mode is between satisfactory and very satisfactory.The results show that the project teaching mode based on the OBE concept has achieved certain teaching results in the process of teaching practice.Compared with the conventional teaching mode,the project teaching mode based on the OBE concept has advantages in improving students’ academic performance and cultivating students’ comprehensive qualities,and it improves students’ learning attitude.By exploring the teaching mode,this study aims to provide some reference ideas for the teaching reform of secondary vocational education. |
