With the development of information technology and the innovation of computer technology,all walks of life rely on information technology deeply,and it raises higher requirements for information technology.Although attaching more importance to the training of computer talents,the students trained by traditional vocational education cannot meet the job requirements of the society.So we need to reform the teaching of computer courses urgently.In the executive meeting of the State Council chaired by Premier Li Keqiangi which was pointed out that it is of great significance to improve the employment entrepreneurship ability,industrial quality and comprehensive national strength of the labor force to run a good vocational education with reform ideas.However,due to the backwardness of traditional education methods and the influence of the differences among ordinary senior high school students,there are some problems in the development of computer courses,such as the low enthusiasm of students,the imbalance of theoretical knowledge and practical skills,the lack of team awareness and innovation ability in the learning process,and the gap between the ability of graduates and the needs of employers.This research is carried out on the basis of the problems existing in the teaching of computer course.With the help of the successful experience of OBE concept in other disciplines,the research is done supported by Taylor's Education Goal Theory,Bloom's Mastery Learning Theory and Dewey's Learning by Doing Theory.The research mainly adopts the documentary method,questionnaire method and interview method.First of all,this paper analyzes the current situation of computer teaching in secondary vocational school and the reasons for the existing problems.Secondly,the paper carries out the theoretical and practical reform of computer major in secondary vocational school,and it studies the effective countermeasures of integrating the project-based teaching based on the OBE concept into the teaching of computer major.It carries out the project-based teaching design based on the OBE education concept;Finally,the project teaching based on the OBE is applied to the teaching practice of Web Page Design and Production,and we explore the effect of the application of this teaching method in vocational computer major.The following conclusions are drawn from the research: the project-based teaching based on the OBE teaching concept is conducive to enhancing students' self-confidence,improving students' learning enthusiasm,practical ability and interpersonal communication ability.Through this way the overall qualities of students are improved;it can also make a balanced development of theoretical knowledge and practical ability,and finally realize the "integration of learning and application".It can also promote school's teaching abilities and the students' employment to fulfill a win-win situation.Therefore,the project-based teaching reform of computer course in secondary vocational school based on the OBE teaching concept meets the development requirements of schools and the society.
