| Moral judgment is an important part of moral cognition and an important part of moral education work.At present, under the social background of frequent moral problems of middle school students,it is of great significance to carry out research on middle school students’ moral judgment to guide middle school students’ moral education. In the past, researchers have carried out a lot of research on the psychological mechanism and measurement paradigm of moral judgment.Regarding the psychological mechanism of moral judgment, around the question of who dominates moral judgment,"emotion" and "cognition",Greene’s dual-processing model believes that moral judgment is composed of emotion and cognition, and each has its own division of labor.Individuals make obligatory moral judgments under the influence of emotions, and utilitarian moral judgments under the influence of cognition. So,how does triggering different emotions and inducing different degrees of cognitive loss affect moral judgment? Apart from either utilitarianism and deontology, are there other psychological processes in moral judgment that affect moral judgment? Recently, the CAN algorithm proposed by domestic scholar Liu Chuanjun et al.has improved the traditional moral dilemma research paradigm and the limitations of previous computer models. The model reveals more comprehensively and in detail the nature of moral judgment in terms of consequence sensitivity, norm sensitivity and overall action/ inaction preference. This paper takes Greene’s dual-processing model as the theoretical framework and the CAN algorithm as the measurement method to study the role of emotional priming and ego-depletion in middle school students’ moral judgment through behavioral methods. On the independent variable, different emotions were initiated by the picture method, high and low ego-depletion were induced by the Stroop color word matching task, and the moral dilemma material designed by Gawronski was used as the moral judgment measurement material.Study 1 used a single factor between-subjects design and selected 45 middle school students to explore the influence of emotional priming on moral judgment. The results show that:(1)when positive emotions are activated, decision makers are highly sensitive to moral outcomes;when neutral emotions and negative emotions are activated, decision makers are highly sensitive to moral rules; In terms of overall behavioral tendencies, there was no significant difference between the emotional priming groups.Study 2 adopted a single-factor between-subjects design and selected 30 middle school students to explore the impact of ego-depletion on moral judgment. The results show that:(1)in the state of high ego-depletion,decision makers are highly sensitive to moral outcomes;(2)in terms of moral consequence sensitivity, moral norm sensitivity and overall behavioral preference, there is no difference between the high and low ego-depletion groups. There are significant differences.Study 3 adopted a 2*3 between-subject design and selected 104 middle school students to explore the impact of ego-depletion on moral judgment under emotional priming conditions. The results show that:(1)when positive emotions and negative emotions are activated, decision makers are more sensitive to moral results and moral rules;when neutral emotions are activated, decision makers are more sensitive to rules;(2)in a state of high ego-depletion,decision-making Sensitivity to moral results and moral rules were high;in the low ego-depletion state, the sensitivity to moral rules was high, and the overall acceptance tendency was low;(3)The moral consequence sensitivity and overall acceptance tendency between the high and low self-attrition groups were significantly different from those of the low self-attrition group;(4)Under different emotional priming conditions, the ego-depletion had no significant difference in the parameters of moral judgment.Combining the three experimental studies, this study draws the following conclusions:(1)When different emotions are activated and different ego-depletion is induced, the decision makers’ moral judgment consequence sensitivity, norm sensitivity and overall acceptance tendency show different degrees of critical differences;(2)Compared with local ego-depletion,in the state of high ego-depletion,decision makers are more sensitive to the results of moral judgment and lower in overall acceptance tendency.(3)Initiating different emotions has no significant effect on the moral consequence sensitivity, moral norm sensitivity and overall acceptance tendency of decision makers in high and low ego-depletion states. |
