Professional degree graduate students are a type of postgraduate education that is born in response to the needs of the times and social development.In the development and reform task of the "13th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Degree and Postgraduate Education",the author put forward the "proactive development of master's degree education",and pointed out in detail "the establishment of a professional demand-oriented master's degree graduate education development mechanism,accelerate the improvement of professional degree The system meets the needs of high-level applied talents in all walks of life."It can be seen that the development of professional degree masters is a trend.Colleges and universities bear the heavy responsibility of cultivating professional degree masters,and it is necessary to strictly control the quality of professional degree masters.And the key role of the quality of the training of postgraduates is that the direct responsible person-the tutor,the situation of the tutor team directly affects the quality of the training of postgraduates.This study takes the current situation and problems of tutors' team for full-time professional degree postgraduates as the research object,and investigates professional degree postgraduates in N University.Since 1996,N University has been recruiting professional degree postgraduates.It has rich experience in training professional degree postgraduates.The research adopts the method of questionnaire and interview,and investigates the current situation of full-time Master Tutor Team Construction in N University from four aspects:the structure of tutor team,professional quality,duty fulfillment and management of tutor team.The survey results show that there are four main problems in tutors' team:insufficient number of tutors;the professionalization of "dual identity" tutors is not high;the duties of the tutors are not fulfilled properly;and the management of the tutors needs to be improved.According to these problems from the perspective of schools,managers and mentors,the reasons are as follows:colleges and universities do not attach great importance to the cultivation of postgraduates;the sense of responsibility of the tutors is weak;the tutors lack a clear management system and implementation mechanism;the examination and approval of various majors and development time are different.Based on the above research results,the paper puts forward three countermeasures from the perspective of managers and mentors:firstly,to improve the structure of tutors;secondly,to improve the professional quality of tutors;thirdly,to strengthen the management of tutors.
