Abstract/Summary:
With the increasing research enthusiasm of global education teacher specialization,professional teachers must have comprehensive qualities in professional ideas,ethics,knowledge,abilities and other aspects.As the center of teachers’ professional work,teaching is the concentrated expression of teachers’ specialization,so people should pay attention to the research of teachers’ teaching standards.The research on standards in the United States started earlier,which can be traced back to the 1980 s and has a history of 180 years.Because of the federal nature of the United States,the Core Teaching Standard Model and Advanced Teacher Learning 1.0(here inafter referred to as INTASC Standard)was formulated by the American Interstate Alliance for Teacher Evaluation and Development(INTASC/In TASC).It is a set of "core standards" generally adopted by American states in teacher training and teacher development.At present,44 states rely on INTASC standards formulated by the Interstate Alliance for Teacher Evaluation and Development to refer to and determine the professional development requirements of teacher preparation courses,work experience,license evaluation,entry planning,in-service growth and license renewal.At present,there is no clear teaching standard in China,but the state has guided and supervised teachers and teaching quality from other aspects,such as teacher qualification certificate,teacher position system,etc.,which defines the basic quality of teachers and distinguishes the teaching level of teachers.And at the new historical starting point of the new era,the research on relevant standards is getting hotter and hotter day by day.The State Council’s "Implementation Plan of National Vocational Education Reform" emphasizes: "We should not only build national standards for vocational education,but also improve relevant standards for education and teaching".Therefore,this study mainly uses the literature method,historical research method and comparative research method to study INTASC standard.From the historical point of view,the development and research of INTASC standard is divided into stages,the main contents of three latitudes,four categories plus ten standards are sorted out,and five characteristics are analyzed and summarized,namely,the dimension is constant throughout the standard,the objectives are diversified,different groups are emphasized,the content is rich and covers all aspects of teaching,the scope covers all teachers in primary and secondary schools extensively,and the concept clearly highlights the learner’s dominant position.This paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of INTASC standard in the implementation process,and finds that the standard can effectively improve learners’ performance,effectively identify outstanding teachers and promote teachers’ professional development,but the conflict between the reliability of its evaluation and the diversity of quality is also the manifestation of its shortcomings.Finally,combined with the positive and negative experience of INTASC standard construction,combined with China’s national conditions,in the construction of teaching standards,this paper puts forward some thoughts on the establishment of systematic teaching standards in China from the perspectives of standard development,standard formulation purpose,standard logic and auxiliary materials,which is of certain positive significance to the professional development of teachers and the construction of teaching staff in China.
