The theory of life education is the core of Tao Xingzhi’s entire educational thought,and the "integration of teaching and learning" is the theory of life education methods.Therefore,the "integration of teaching and doing" is a life method and an education method.The content of life self-care education comes from life.The purpose of life self-care education is to help children solve basic life self-care problems and improve their self-care ability.The "integration of teaching and doing" theory fits well with the content and purpose of life self-care education,and it provides a good method and theoretical basis for the development of life self-care education.Therefore,this research is based on the theoretical guidance of "integration of teaching and doing" to carry out relevant educational research to promote the development of self-care ability of small class children.Under the background of the theory of "integration of teaching and doing",this research selected a kindergarten in Dali Prefecture as the research site.First,the theoretical connotation of the "integration of teaching and doing" and the characteristics and significance of children’s self-care education under the guidance of the theory are explained;secondly,a small class in the kindergarten is selected as the research object,and the current situation of the children’s self-care ability in this class is analyzed;Next,according to the current situation,select appropriate practical content,carry out the relevant practice of self-care education under the guidance of the theory of "teaching and doing one" and analyze the effect.The practice methods are mainly divided into collective education practice,individual child instruction and regional activity practice And so on;finally summarize the practice and give some suggestions.Through research,it is found that the current situation of children’s self-care in small classes mainly has the following problems: parents and teachers do too much,depriving children of practical opportunities;children’s overall level of self-care ability is not high;children’s individual self-care levels vary greatly;parents and teachers Teachers do not pay much attention to the cultivation of children’s self-care ability.After the relevant life self-care education practice guided by the theory of "teaching and doing" theory,the self-care level of children in small classes has been significantly improved,and the development difference between children has become smaller,which promotes the development of children’s self-care ability.At the same time,it helped children get more hands-on practice opportunities and deepened the importance of parents and teachers on the cultivation of children’s self-care ability.It also provides some suggestions for kindergarten teachers to carry out corresponding educational activities in the future.
