Society's development greatly depends on its citizen's general quality and their relationship. The flow of love and care between people can improve their relationship largely.This will lead to a warm atmosphere and good relationship in one society.So learn to care is an important foundation to cultivate high quality citizen and promote society's stability. Furthermore, the emergence of"earth-village"make the globe a big family. People face some problems together. So we say the human being need a good relationship to tackle the troubles existed on earth. Care is the key point of this sort of relationship.In 1991, UNESCO made out the doctrine of world education, it is learn to care. It includes care about society, country, globe, others ,family ,friends and colleagues ,care about other creatures , including plants and animal.But in reality, people gradually become cold for the sake of intense competition in economic areas. They lack the sense of sympathy. The young generation don't.Know how to care about others. They were selfish, cold and unsympathetic. This has become a serious problem in school education. Nel Noddings, American scholar of educational philosopher, thought, and care should be the foundation of all successful education. He constructed a"care"theory system in his work named learn to care__another model of education ,he emphasized that care is a kind of relationship, we should care about others actively and bring the awareness of care into school system in order to face challenge of social development. The goal of education should put its emphasis on cultivating students'love, care for others. Teacher is the model of students. So teacher should learn to care about others first. Led by the idea of learn to care, teacher implement this idea in his/her teaching practice in order to let his students learn to care.This thesis is composed of four parts:The preface introduces the process of selection, study value, study facts of relationship between teacher and student.The first chapter makes some introductory theories about care type relationship. Between student and teacher. From the understanding of the relationship between teacher and student to the analysis to implication and the characteristic, puts emphasis in the teachers and students which consisted of big essential factors role and consciousness characteristic and constructs the care type relationship between teachers and students.The second chapter introduces the necessity of construction of this kind of relationship and theory origination. The third chapter makes out the principles, methodology of construction of this type relationship. And what qualities teacher should possess in the process.
