| Pre-competition training is mainly aimed at the purposeful and targeted training of athletes before large-scale competitions.In order to enable athletes to achieve the best competitive state in the competition and create excellent results,the training team formulates a scientific and feasible training plan,which is the key to ensuring the athletes maintain a good level of competition in the competition.This article takes Zhu Shenglong,an excellent110-meter hurdle runner in my country,as the research content to prepare for the pre-competition training plan for the 14 th National Games.The research methods such as literature data method,case analysis method and expert interview method are used.Scientific research was conducted on Zhu Shenglong’s training content,training methods and training load before the National Games.It provides practical significance for Zhu Shenglong to make breakthroughs in future training competitions,and also provides theoretical support for subsequent researchers on pre-competition training.The research conclusions are as follows:Zhu Shenglong’s pre-competition training plan for the 14 th National Games is formulated for 8 weeks.The pre-competition training is divided into 3 stages,namely the strengthening stage of 4 weeks,the consolidation stage of 3 weeks,and the adjustment stage of 1 week.Strengthening stage strengthens lower body strength and improves specific speed endurance;consolidating stage improves hurdling skills and back-end ability;adjustment stage actively prepares for battle,integrates existing special techniques to make athletes reach the best competitive state.(1)Zhu Shenglong’s pre-match training plan for the 14 th National Games was formulated for 8 weeks.The pre-match training was divided into 3 stages: 4 weeks in the strengthening stage,3 weeks in the consolidation stage and 1 week in the adjustment stage.In the strengthening stage,the explosive strength of the lower limbs is strengthened and the specific speed endurance is improved;the hurdling technique and the back-end hurdle ability of the whole hurdle are improved in the consolidation stage.(2)Before the competition,Zhu Shenglong’s 30 m score increased by 0.16 s in 3.62 s,60m in 6.52 s by 0.12 s,100m in 10.47 s by 0.16 s,and the maximum half-squat load of 270 kg increased by 20 kg.The maximum weight of the squat is 180 kg,an increase of 10 kg,the start to the third hurdles is 4.46 s,an increase of 0.14 s,the start to the eighth hurdles is 9.84 s,a0.13 s increase,and the full hurdles performance is increased by 0.24 s.Finally,I won the fourth place in the 14 th National Games.and set a personal best of 13.63 s.(3)Throughout the pre-competition training schedule,the overall load and intensity of the three phases of pre-competition training varied.Among them,the training load in the strengthening stage is the largest,and the training content is mainly based on repeated training methods and continuous training methods,showing a high-density training state;in the consolidation stage,the training intensity is the largest,and the training content is mainly based on interval training methods and decomposition methods.A high-demand training state;the training load and intensity in the adjustment stage are both the smallest,and the training content is mainly based on the simulation of competition for special exercises,and the visual training method is used as an auxiliary training to gradually improve the athletes’ psychological adaptability.(4)The changes in Zhu Shenglong’s training creatine kinase and blood testosterone indexes during the whole pre-competition period were: the average value of creatine kinase in the strengthening phase was 486.5U/L,the average value of creatine kinase in the consolidation phase was 435.6U/L,and the average value of creatine kinase in the adjustment phase was 435.6U/L.It shows a gradually decreasing state for 341U/L.Blood testosterone increased from 7.33ng/dl to 8.73ng/dl at the beginning of training and then gradually decreased to 7.33ng/dl,which was in line with the change rule of blood testosterone.It shows that Zhu Shenglong’s load intensity arrangement is reasonable in the whole training stage,which is suitable for Zhu Shenglong’s physical function and achieves the due intensity. |
