In this paper,Zhejiang excellent men's 400 meter hurdles athletes prepare for the 2013 National Games Chen Ke national year training program for the study.By using the methods of literature study,interview,survey,mathematical statistics,case study method and so on,Chen Ke in preparation for the 2013 Twelfth National annual training cycle is divided into different stages,different training contents,training methods and means of training in the process of physiological and biochemical changes of success the purpose of the case for the development of our country's 400 meter hurdles annual training plan.In order to improve the development status of the 400 meter hurdles in China,this paper provides reference and practice basis for the coaches,staff and the 400 meter hurdles athletes in the actual training,so as to promote the development of the "400 meter hurdles" in china.The results show that: 1,in order to prepare for the Twelfth National Games of the task,Chen Ke in the 13 year of the annual training consists of winter training stage,summer training stage and three stage sprint games.The winter is mainly to strengthen the physical quality and special running ability;in the summer to consolidate the physical quality at the same time,strengthen the special technology,rhythm of peace running ability.The whole sprint stage mainly revolves around the special whole rhythm and adjusts the physiological and psychological abilities.2,Chen Ke prepared for the Twelfth National Games,the main content of training,physical and technical training,special technical skills and psychological training.Especially,speed,strength,endurance and special skill training are emphasized.The main training methods include 4 kinds of general speed,6 special speed endurance,7 maximum strength,17 general strength,12 special strength,6 endurance training,3 kinds of Hurdle Training,7 kinds of hurdle rhythm.Three training cycles,tasks and requirements are different,focusing on the annual task of planning the formulation of the task.The structure of each training course,preparation activities and relaxation activities are basically the same.The content,form and load intensity of the specific training course are different.3,the changes of hemoglobin,CK and testosterone in the whole year are closely related to training intensity,training amount and intensive competition period.Chen Ke in the National Games before the 9 physiological and biochemical indicators are basically within the normal range,there is no exception.Finally,Chen Ke won the men's 400 meter hurdles in the Twelfth National Games,which directly reflects the coach's annual training plan for Chen Ke.It is scientific,reasonable and effective.
