China’s Risk Assessment System And Mitigation Strategy For Urban Marathon Competition

With the continuous development of the marathon,the existing management level has been relatively backward,resulting in frequent urban marathon accidents,how to resolve the risk of the event has become the key.Risk assessment is an important link to ensure the success of the event.Taking all kinds of risks faced by urban marathon as the research object,this paper evaluates and analyzes the risk factors of urban marathon in China,and improves and constructs the risk assessment system of urban marathon.This paper uses the method of literature to summarize the relevant literature on the risk of marathon,and forms the risk factors of all parties participating in marathon through expert interview and collation of race data.through the analysis of Spss Statistics software,it confirms the rationality of the risk factors and sorts and classifies them,which lays the foundation for discussion and provides strategies for improving the quality of urban marathon in our country.The research shows that:1.The risk problem of marathon in our country has become more and more serious,which hinders the grand goal of the national fitness project of "healthy China".As a competitor,we need to consider all aspects before,during and after the competition to safeguard the rights and interests of all parties and improve the quality of the event,while contestants need to enhance their risk awareness and strengthen their self-protection.2.The risk identification of China’s urban marathon: five first-level risks,including personnel risk,environmental risk and organizational management risk.There are 17 secondary risks,including athlete risk,volunteer risk,staff risk and so on.108 third-level risks,including volunteer management risk,volunteer site cognitive risk,etc.3.The weight of each index is calculated by analytic hierarchy process and percentage weight method.in the first-level index of risk assessment of urban marathon,the personnel risk weight is 0.302,the environmental risk weight is 0.121,the organizational management risk weight is 0.212,the political and economic risk weight is 0.102,and the medical and health risk weight is 0.262.Among them,personnel risk accounts for the largest proportion in the risk assessment of urban marathon,followed by medical and health risk,organization and management risk,environmental risk and political and economic risk.Political and economic risk accounts for the least,but it is also an important element that can not be ignored in the risk of participating in urban marathon.4.The author puts forward the following suggestions: 1 the risk of marathon runners in China can be resolved through the combination of online screening and on-site qualification examination before the race.（2）attach importance to medical and health risks,the distribution of medical points,the ability to deal with injuries in time and medical supervision need to be paid attention to.（3）attention should be paid not only to volunteer training but also to the pre-post training of referees.Make full use of voluntary service to ensure the standardization of the event to improve the quality of the event.
