Since the 21 st century,with the reform and development of information technology,the concept of "Internet +" has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.The strategic task of "China Education Modernization 2035" proposed to use modern technology to accelerate the reform of talent training mode,and China’s university education also grasp the construction of education informatization and promote education modernization in an all-round way.The research purpose of this paper is to explore the effective teaching methods to improve students’ physical education performance in the teaching process through the application research of mixed teaching in universities,and taking Wuhan University of Physical Education as an example.This paper studies the literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey,experimental method,and mathematical statistics method,hybrid teaching applied to gymnastics teaching,to Wuhan institute of physical education 2021 physical education professional two aerobics students as the experimental research object,the online hybrid teaching and traditional teaching teaching results of comparative analysis,draw the following conclusions:(1)By using hybrid teaching and traditional teaching two teaching mode,the students’ physical quality are improved,can complete the teaching objectives,and experimental class students’ physical quality is slightly better than the control class students ’physical quality,but in the short period of teaching time,through different teaching methods in students’ physical quality is difficult to open obvious gap.(2)Through the use of mixed teaching,it is conducive to stimulate students ’interest in physical education learning,especially in the degree of loving physical education and extracurricular attention and participation in sports activities,so that students can more actively participate in physical education learning and improve students’ learning effect faster.(3)Compared with traditional teaching,through the use of mixed teaching,students’ sports skills can be quickly improved,especially in the horizontal bars and parallel bars,so that students can master sports skills faster and more firmly,indicating that mixed teaching can effectively complete the teaching tasks.(4)After the experiment,by investigating the students’ satisfaction of the experimental group with mixed learning,it was found that up to 85% of the students in the experimental group agreed with or very agreed with the overall intention of the teaching mode,indicating that mixed teaching,as a new teaching mode,has achieved high satisfaction.
