In this study,literature data method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method and other research methods were used to select the 2021 physical education teaching professional rhythmic gymnastics students of Tianjin Institute of Physical Education as experimental subjects to study the effect of implementing the online and offline mixed teaching mode of rhythmic gymnastics.The purpose is to explore how to apply the online and offline hybrid teaching mode to the general course of rhythmic gymnastics to improve the current teaching status of the general course of rhythmic gymnastics.After a 16-week teaching experiment,the experimental group and the control group were tested and investigated after the experiment.Through the analysis of the data,the following conclusions were drawn :Through the analysis and research on the data of the theoretical results of rhythmic gymnastics in the experimental group and the control group,it is found that the theoretical results of the experimental group students who adopt the online and offline mixed teaching mode are significantly better than those of the control group,which shows that the online and offline mixed teaching mode shows the theoretical knowledge of rhythmic gymnastics to the students systematically,accelerates the internalization of the theoretical knowledge of rhythmic gymnastics,and then enables the students to master the theoretical knowledge of rhythmic gymnastics more deeply,which can significantly improve the students ’ theoretical results of rhythmic gymnastics.(2)Through the analysis and research on the performance data of rhythmic gymnastics skills in the experimental group and the control group,it is found that the students in the experimental group have higher scores in the basic pace,unarmed combination and instrument combination than the students in the control group,which shows that the online and offline mixed teaching mode has a positive effect on improving the students ’ rhythmic gymnastics skills.Therefore,in the online and offline mixed teaching of artistic gymnastics course,the practice time among students has increased.In addition,the frequency of communication between teachers and students and between students and students in the online and offline mixed teaching mode is more than that in the traditional teaching mode,so that the students ’inadvertent communication deepens the understanding of technical movements,thus making students ’ technical movements more coordinated and smooth,and helping students improve the level of artistic gymnastics skills.(3)After the experiment,a questionnaire survey was conducted among the students.It was found that there were significant differences between the online and offline hybrid teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode in students ’ interest,autonomous learning ability and inquiry cooperation ability.This shows that the online and offline mixed teaching mode pays more attention to students as the main body,pays attention to students ’ needs,pays more attention to students ’ autonomous learning,self-exploration and spontaneous thinking in the learning process,gives students enough independent space,and combines group learning to strengthen students ’ sense of teamwork.In this process,students ’ interest in learning,autonomy and ability to explore and cooperate are fully cultivated.(4)After the experiment,the application effect of online and offline mixed teaching mode was investigated in the experimental group.The survey results show that most students have high satisfaction and awareness of the online and offline mixed teaching mode.And expressed willingness to continue to learn in this mode.This shows that the online and offline mixed teaching mode,as a novel teaching mode,can transform students ’ passive learning state into active learning state,cultivate students ’ ability to think independently,find problems and solve problems,so as to improve students ’ learning enthusiasm.Got a higher affirmation from students.
