In the General Plan for Deepening the Reform of Educational Evaluation in the New Era in2020,it is clearly stated that the fundamental purpose of teaching evaluation is to focus on the guidance,diagnosis and improvement functions of evaluation,and teaching evaluation should develop toward scientific,professional and objective direction.Performance evaluation has the application characteristics of feedback bidirectional,scene authenticity and subject pluralism,which meets the requirements of educational evaluation reform.Under the background of teacher certification,the way of education evaluation is related to the training quality of physical education professionals.How to effectively evaluate the teaching ability of physical education students has become the primary task of practicing the certification standards of teacher certification.Performance assessment was applied to sports education professional aerobics specialist teaching ability training process,through the evaluation feedback to guide teaching,diagnosed aerobics specialist teaching ability expressive level and optimizing the students study way,for the sports education professional aerobics specialist students teaching ability to provide new way of evaluation.The application of performance evaluation in the training of teaching ability of aerobics major students in physical education was studied by means of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,hierarchical analysis and case study.Through the analysis of the present situation of training the teaching ability of the students majoring in aerobics in physical education,the problems existing in the evaluation of teaching ability are revealed.The suitability of performance evaluation is analyzed by comparing the characteristics of performance evaluation with the teaching ability training of aerobics students.Based on the theory of multiple intelligences,constructivism and situational cognition,this paper constructs the performance evaluation index system of physical education aerobics majors,and determines the application process of performance evaluation in the training of aerobics majors’ teaching ability.Finally,three cases of teaching design ability,teaching implementation ability and teaching evaluation ability are demonstrated and analyzed.The results show that:(1)By analyzing the talent training program and questionnaire survey results of our school,it is found that the teaching ability evaluation method of aerobics major students in physical education is mainly summative evaluation,supplemented by oral evaluation in class,and the evaluation method needs to be improved.Although situational tasks are involved in the teaching process,they are inconsistent with the specific application process of performance evaluation.(2)By comparing the characteristics of performance evaluation and teaching ability training of aerobics major students,it is found that the authenticity of scenario creation,the concern about the sustainable development of teaching and the complexity of evaluation results are the common points of both.(3)The evaluation system of teaching performance of aerobics majors in physical education is composed of 3 first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators and 37 third-level indicators,including teaching design ability,teaching implementation ability and teaching evaluation ability.(4)The application process of performance evaluation in the teaching ability training of aerobics major students in physical education is set up as four steps: determining performance evaluation target,constructing performance evaluation task,establishing scoring rules,evaluation and feedback.In the process of application,the key point is to develop the teaching ability evaluation standard of the aerobics major students,and the difficulty is to create the situation to meet the vocational needs of the aerobics major students.(5)Through three cases of teaching design ability,teaching implementation ability and teaching evaluation ability,it is found that the feedback of evaluation information is helpful to guide students’ learning,reflect the performance level of students’ aerobics teaching ability,and help students to adapt to the professional environment in advance.
