Research On Performance Evalution To Population And Family Planning Administration In Hunan

The research background, basic theories, domestic and foreign development, study method, analyzing framework, the main contents of this thesis are introduced. The paper summarizes the development of China's population and family planning program and the celebration of the population and family planning target management responsibility system. It studies the history, characteristics and positive results of the performance evalution to population and family planning administration in hunan. Based on the analysis of performance management and object by manmagement, the thesis uses a lot of data and cases to seek for six main reasons in the process of the performance evolution to population and family planning administration in hunan. And the necessity of persisting and improving the perormance evalution is explored. The paper elaborates a new evalution mechanism and puts forwards a performance evaluation index system of the population and family planning administration in hunan by means of Logical Framework Approach(LBA). Finally,the thesis proposes a series of strategic choices and suggestions that can work for the current condition.
