In resent years, the research on thecher' professional development and it' s evaluation has great developments. Teacher Evalution has change from summative evalution to formative evalution. Teacher education is first phase of the teacher' professional development. So it has to have some change to formative evalution. I do some research works on evaluating normal students, whose majors are physics. And I put the results into the practice.First, I discuss the researhes on teacher evalution. Considering the characters of normal students, I put forward normal student evalution' s purposes, characters and roles. Combining Professor Liang' s thesis, I put forward a new Three-dimensional Evaluation system.Finally, basing on the system, I evaluated the normal student (2002)and obtained the whole situation.
