Since 2013,the Ministry of Education has listed "promoting the construction and application of high-quality digital education resources in basic education" as a key work,and China has been emphasizing the construction of a digital learning environment in society and schools.The 2017 Information Technology Curriculum Standards for Ordinary High Schools and the 2021 Junior Information Technical Curriculum Standards for Higher Vocational Education include students ’digital learning and innovation in the core Quality of the information technology discipline,emphasizing the digitalization of contemporary students’ learning methods,the personalized personality development and the lifelong learning process.This paper use cognitive discovery and neoconstructivist learning theory,literature research and Questionnaire survey including Shanghai,Guangdong,Shaanxi,Shanxi,Henan and Hebei as representatives to investigate and analyze the current status of "digital learning and innovation" literacy cultivation among contemporary middle school students.The present study is divided into the following three stages.The first stage is the literature research,which obtains the latest research data through the literature reading to provide a theoretical basis for the later research,which is the content of the first and second chapters of the paper.It mainly includes the elaboration of the research background,research status Quo,research content and method,research purpose and significance,the theoretical basis of research,defining the concept of digital learning and innovation,and sorting out the content of digital learning and innovation.The second stage is the investigation and research.Through the first stage of the research,the survey dimension of the digital learning and innovation level of middle school students is determined.The Questionnaire is designed and distributed after the reliability validity test,which is the third chapter of the paper.The survey is divided into two aspects.One is to Questionnaire survey middle school students to understand the current status of students’ digital learning and innovation literacy.The second is to interview the information technology teachers in middle schools to understand the current situation of information technology curriculum education.Provide a reference for proposing subsequent strategies through investigations and interviews.The survey results show that the economic development of the region affects the level of students’ digital learning and innovation literacy,and the economy is becoming more and more In the reached region,the higher the school’s information construction and application level,and the higher the students’ awareness and ability of digital learning and innovation.At the same time,the survey results also reflect the mismatch between students’ consciousness attitude and ability development,and students generally score higher in consciousness attitude dimension than their ability.In the third stage,the problems contained in the survey data results are analyzed,analyze the factors affecting the digital learning and innovation literacy level from the government and education authorities,schools and teachers,and students,and put forward improvement strategies,which are the fourth and fifth chapters of the paper.
