In an information-based society,citizens should have the basic qualities to find the information they need by using digital tools and to creatively solve practical problems in life and study.Digital learning and innovation literacy play the role of connecting the preceding and the following in the core literacy of information technology discipline.School-based courses to improve students' digital learning and innovation literacy in middle schools can help students understand the development trend of the society,improve students' digital learning ability,and help students better adapt to the information society.With the purpose of cultivating junior high school students' digital learning and innovation literacy,this study searched and sorted out relevant materials.At the initial stage of curriculum setting,a questionnaire survey on students' digital learning and innovation literacy was conducted.In full consideration of students' needs for the curriculum,teachers' guidance and the actual situation of the school,the school-based curriculum of information technology is developed from the aspects of goal setting,curriculum content design,curriculum resource development,implementation and evaluation.After the implementation of the course,the students' learning effect and the course itself are evaluated.Among them,the students' learning effect is evaluated from the improvement of students' digital learning and innovative quality and the students' performance in class,while the course itself is evaluated from the satisfaction of the course and the rationality of the course content.After the course evaluation,the course is constantly improved.This paper is divided into six chapters: the first chapter explains the background,purpose,significance,research methods and main contents of the research.The second chapter defines the concepts of digital learning and innovation literacy and the development of school-basedcurriculum.The third chapter is the development of information technology school-based curriculum in junior high school,including situation analysis,the determination of objectives and contents,the development of curriculum resources,curriculum implementation plans and evaluation Suggestions.The fourth chapter is the process of curriculum implementation and case design.It selects the interest class as the implementation object and describes the implementation process.The fifth chapter is about the evaluation and improvement of the curriculum,which includes the evaluation of students' learning effect and the evaluation of the curriculum itself.The sixth chapter is to summarize and prospect the research.This research mainly obtains the following research results:1.Under the premise of considering the existing digital learning environment of the school,develop school-based courses of information technology to improve students' digital learning and innovation literacy.2.Develop supporting course resources,such as courseware,teaching design,micro-course,etc.3.According to the course content and actual teaching situation,make a reasonable plan for the course arrangement.4.Evaluate and improve the courses.Data were collected and analyzed through interviews and questionnaires,and the courses were evaluated from the aspects of students' learning effect,students' classroom observation,course content setting,and course satisfaction.And on this basis to improve the curriculum.The course design is reasonable and the difficulty is moderate.
