In 2018,digital learning and innovation was first proposed in the Information Technology Curriculum Standards for Ordinary Senior High Schools(2017 Edition).As one of the important contents of information technology curriculum reform,its cultivation has become the focus of attention of many educational researchers.From the perspective of students' classroom learning activities,this study puts forward the question "how to design learning activities to promote students' digital learning and innovative literacy".According to the status quo of high school students' literacy level and the content of the curriculum standard,under the guidance of activity theory and constructivism learning theory,this paper tries to construct the framework of digital learning and innovative literacy learning activities as a tool for designing learning activities,and designs learning activities comprehensively and systematically.The framework includes five parts: activity theme,activity target,activity environment,activity process and activity evaluation.The theme of the activity uses multimedia display,the theme is close to students' life,and strive to be real and interesting;The goal of the activity is oriented to digital training,and the goals are set from four aspects: digital information processing,digital content creation,digital learning and communication,and digital problem solving.Activity environment is the guarantee for the smooth development of activities,including digital learning equipment,digital learning tools and digital learning resources;Activity flow is an important content of learning activity framework,which follows the law of students' cognitive development.Activity evaluation adopts a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,and comprehensively evaluates students from different aspects.Three rounds of action research were carried out in this study.Before and after the study,senior high school students were given digital learning and innovation literacy questionnaires to collect data.Comparative analysis of the data showed that students' abilities of digital information processing,digital content creation,digital learning communication and digital problem solving had improved.Through the analysis of the students' works in the three rounds of action research,it is found that the quality of the works is constantly improved,and the artistic effect and creative expression are rapidly improved.By analyzing the classroom behavior of the designated students in each round of teaching,it is found that the students are more skilled in mastering skills and improved in innovative thinking.After the action research,I interviewed individual students face to face and learned that students have mastered more digital skills.In the interview with teachers,I learned that the teaching effect is good.In conclusion,learning activities designed according to the framework of learning activities can effectively cultivate students' digital learning and innovation literacy.It is a new attempt to design the framework of digital learning and innovative literacy learning activities.This study regards it as a tool for designing learning activities,including all the contents of learning activity design.Learning activities are designed according to the specific teaching content and framework,and specific teaching cases are formed,which is expected to provide help for educational researchers to cultivate students' digital learning and innovation literacy in the future.
