Research On The Training And Development Strategy Of Reserve Talents For Heilongjiang Ice Events Under The Background Of The Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics

General secretary xi pointed out: "sports carry the dream of national prosperity and rejuvenation.The development of sports should be placed on an important agenda,carefully planned and vigorously implemented.As the main winter sports and human activities in heilongjiang province,ice sports have gradually attracted the attention of the government,especially the ice sports represented by competitive sports.In recent years,with the development of China's national strength and sports power,China's competitive sports are thriving,and the upcoming Beijing winter Olympics in 2022 has greatly promoted the development of China's ice and snow sports,especially the ice sports.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the reserve personnel training of heilongjiang ice project and help the development of heilongjiang ice sports.By means of literature review,interview survey,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the factors affecting the cultivation of reserve talents in heilongjiang ice project,sorts out the factors influencing the cultivation of reserve talents,and puts forward the development strategies.The following conclusions are drawn:1.Heilongjiang ice project has great differences in region,project category and age distribution;Most of the reserve talents in heilongjiang ice sports project are motivated to participate in the training,but there are still a number of "muddy water fish".The problem of learning and training is still prominent,and the support rate of parents for the athletes in the backup ice sports has increased.Reserve talent management to be improved,the lack of registration.2.The structure of coaches for heilongjiang ice project is relatively reasonable,but there are potential faults.The proportion of male and female coaches is seriously unbalanced.The training method of coaches is old,and the judgment of reaching the standard is subjective,lacking in science and innovation.3.There are many ice sports venues in heilongjiang,but there is a lack of indoor ice rinks with good environment;The lack of reserve funds for ice sports in heilongjiang has greatly limited the development of ice sports,and the lack of power for sustainable development has affected the development and growth of the reserve force.Based on the above factors,this paper puts forward some strategies for thecultivation of reserve talents for ice sports in heilongjiang province.Second,improve the selection and placement mechanism to ensure the sustainable development of ice sports;Thirdly,the integration of sports and education should be carried out to promote the balanced development of ice sports talents.Fourth,strengthen the training of coaches and promote the reform and innovation of sports technology.
