“Hosting Game thriftily” is the hosting concept of Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games, that is, to generate maximum output with a minimum investment. Winter Olympic Organizing Committee can open the financial and material "blood line" of the Winter Olympics through adequate market development of the 2022 Beijing Olympic Winter Games.In order to raise sufficient funds of Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic, promote the development of the ski industry and build a good platform to spread the Olympic spirit and advertise sponsors, This paper discusses market development of the 2022 Beijing Olympic Winter Games systematically by using methods of comparative analysis, field visits and expert interviews etc.Digging market development strategy common and personality traits of Sochi Winter Olympics, Vancouver Winter Olympics and Turin Winter Olympics from three aspects of sponsorship, television and ticket sales strategy, Thus, previous Winter Olympics successful market development experience, combined with the characteristics of the host country market development strategy is adjusted accordingly Turin, Vancouver and Sochi in market development strategies in common.Further excavating features of Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games, extracting the two venues geographical distribution characteristics: "competition venues located in two cities which have three divisions" and "among the three divisions there are many types of vehicles".
