Analysis On "Green Operation" Of Ice Stadiums In Beijing Winter Olympics 2022

As the 2022 Winter Olympics is approaching,in order to meet the requirements of event use and“green Olympics”,the Beijing Division will make full use of the legacy of the Beijing Olympics.While rebuilding and expanding the 2008 Beijing Olympic venues,the Beijing Winter Olympics will also be newly built Landmark building-National Speed Skating Oval.The 22 “Ice Ribbons” of the National Speed??Skating Oval are beautiful in design and novel in structure.They use many advanced design concepts and construction techniques to make them the greenest stadiums today.However,the operation of large-scale stadiums,especially ice stadiums,has always been a worldwide problem,and there is no successful experience in the green and sustainable operation of ice stadiums throughout their entire life.Therefore,it is particularly important to explore the green operation of the Beijing Ice Arena,represented by the National Speed ??Skating Oval,and find out the way suitable for its green development.This thesis adopts the literature method,expert interview method,field investigation method and logic analysis method.The national speed skating oval where the 2022 Winter Olympics speed skating project is played is taken as the research object.The current situation,the green development of the national speed skating oval,and other basic conditions are analyzed for the external environment and competitive strategy.The development direction of the green operation of the national speed skating oval is summarized,and the green operation system of the national speed skating oval is designed.Green operations put forward safeguard measures and recommendations.It is found through research that:(1)Increasing the policy inclination towards the national speed skating oval,and promulgating the corresponding national standards for green stadiums to provide a basis for the green development of stadiums.(2)Increase and implement financial subsidy support for green venues,and effectively reduce the cost of green operation of national speed skating oval.(3)The green operation of the National Speed ??Skating Oval has problems such as high operating costs,lack of talents,and insufficient operating experience.(4)The national speed skating oval lacks a green operation standard system and it will be difficult to achieve true green operation with the addition of competitors.The following findings are suggested through research:(1)Increasing the policy tilt for the national speed skating oval,and promulgating the corresponding nationalstandards for green stadiums to provide a basis for the green development of stadiums.At the same time,increase and implement financial subsidy support for green stadiums,and effectively reduce the cost of green operation of the national speed skating oval.(2)Fully understand the efforts and contributions of the National Speed Skating Oval for green operation,and contribute to the lean development of the National Speed Skating Oval.(3)Establish a national pilot project for the green operation of the national speed skating oval,increase publicity,and gradually carry out promotion activities to national stadiums.(4)Guide community residents and consumers to learn actively to learn about green culture and physical exercise,establish values for lifelong sports and green consumption,choose green-operated stadiums for exercise and consumption,and create a social atmosphere suitable for the national green development of speed skating oval.(5)Establish a green ice stadium venue alliance,carry out all-round cooperation and resource sharing,strengthen communication and learning within the alliance,and unify the voice to enhance its influence.
