The increasing number of graduates and the tide of returning overseas students affected by COVID-19 have increased the employment pressure of college graduates,making the current employment situation more and more severe.Affected by the changes of employment system policies in colleges and universities and market environment,the mismatch between the demand of talents in the market and the supply of talents in colleges and universities.Under the current situation that the development of college graduates’ employment market is still immature and non-standard,college students’ education investment cost can not obtain the corresponding return,which results in college students’ loss of confidence in successful employment and reduced employment satisfaction.Some colleges and universities lack attention to employment education guidance,which makes it difficult for college students to make sure their employment direction,results in blind employment,reluctance to work and other phenomena,and brings about the waste of educational resources and the loss of human resources.With the pressure of employment,college students will also experience bad employment process and employment results,which will have an impact on their career.Based on the relevant theories of motivational psychology and behavioral economics,this study makes an in-depth study on the operation mechanism of college students’ employment behavior decision-making logic by using a variety of research methods such as literature review,qualitative analysis and interdisciplinary research methods,so as to provide theoretical basis and suggestions for promoting college students’ effective employment.Firstly,based on the literature review,this study uses motivational psychology to analyze the internal and external factors affecting college students’ employment behavior decision-making,and summarizes the relationship between internal and external factors and employment behavior decision-making.Secondly,based on the research and summary of the order of employment behavior decision-making,this paper further analyzes the employment behavior decision-making mode of college students in the interactive process of the employment market,and comes to the conclusion that college students determine the implementation content and direction of employment behavior decision-making through the intensity,direction and polarity of employment motivation.Their sense of autonomy,external information feedback and employment objectives will affect their employment behavior decision-making,and college students have preferences such as self ability cognition,prospect selection and making interactive strategies.Finally,based on the above theoretical analysis,this paper obtains the operation mechanism of the decision-making logic of college students’ employment behavior,and puts forward relevant opinions and suggestions to the government,colleges and universities and college students: first,promote the government’s support and guidance for college students’ employment,provide communication platform and financial support,give full play to the advantages of big data,promote the fair distribution of educational resources and employment resources,and lead the correct value orientation.The second is to promote the guidance and service of colleges and universities to college students’ employment,improve the employment education guidance system,strengthen school-enterprise cooperation and school-school cooperation,and enhance the ability of scientific research and employment service.Third,promote the individual employment autonomy and rationality of college students,actively formulate career planning,reasonably evaluate their vocational ability,rationally make employment behavior decisions,avoid falling into employment misunderstandings,and establish correct employment values and ethics.
