The serious employment situation of college graduates has become an indisputable fact.Because of the constraints of physical barriers,psychological characteristics,social exclusion and lack of support services,disabled college students face more challenges to their employment.How to improve the employment level of disabled college students is a problem that should be paid attention to in the fields of higher education and special education.This study focuses on career decision-making and employment services of disabled college students.A total of 97 college students with disabilities and 94 college students without disabilities from 27 colleges and universities in Shanghai were surveyed,and 10 disabled college students were interviewed,using CDMSE,CDDQ and the college students employment services quality questionnaire.The study aims to find out the level of career decision-making of disabled college students and the status of employment services they received,and to analyse the problems and propose some countermeasures and suggestions.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)The career decision-making of college students with disabilities is generally in the medium-to-upper level,which is slightly lower than that of ordinary college students but not significantly different,and it has more difficulties in career planning,problem solving,and information acquisition;(2)Girls have more difficulties in career decision-making than boys;Hearing impaired college students have the lowest level of career decision-making;There is no significant difference in career decision-making self-efficacy among disabled college students with different disability levels;Disabled students in key universities and senior students have the highest level of career decision-making;There are significant differences in the career decision-making of disabled college students with different forms of placement.The level of career decision-making ofdisabled college students enrolled in special classes is lower than that of students in ordinary classes;(3)The employment services accepted by college students with disabilities are significantly weaker than ordinary college students in assurance and process;(4)College students with hearing disabilities,severe degree of disabilities,and disabled college students in general undergraduate universities receive the best employment services;There are significant differences in the employment services of disabled college students with different forms of placement.The employment services received by disabled college students enrolled in special classes is better than that of students in ordinary classes;(5)College students with disabilities hope for better employment services,but their ability of using employment service resources needs to be improved.Based on the above research results,the author proposes four suggestions:(1)Disabled college students improve their mobility and develop their soft skills;(2)Parents create a good family atmosphere for disabled college students and avoid extreme parenting styles;(3)Colleges and universities should provide appropriate individualized vocational guidance for disabled students and strengthen the employment service system;(4)The government integrates resources and improve employment policies for disabled college students,and promotes the development of higher inclusive education.
