Intervention Research On Positive Psychology Course Of College Students’ Career Decision-making Difficulties

With the arrival of the era of big data, networking Social life has become one of the important changes of the life of College students, according to the Ecological System Theory of Bronfenbrenner Developmental Psychology; networking Social life will certainly affect the college students’ life, study and employment. Therefore, the factors that affect the college students’ career decision-making difficulties are changing, How to deal with college students’ career decision-making difficulties, promote college students’ employment, alleviate employment pressure of college students, to help them make career decisions, has become the priority among priorities of college employment guidance. Positive psychology as a new force in recent years, Positive Psychology Coaching Course according to the theory of Positive Psychology, it has more advantages than the traditional occupation guidance curriculum. It pays more attention to the meaning of life, and it is good at discovering the excellent quality and ability of students, furthermore, it’s teaching style novelty and interaction are more favored by College Students, thus it can be through the cultivation of ability of students to reduce career decision-making difficulties.This research is divided into two parts,the first part is investigation,it takes 248 college students as the research subjects, according to the Ecological System Theory of Bronfenbrenner Developmental Psychology, selected Demographic factors, parental factors, online social support and other factors, in order to investigate the influence of College Students’ career decision-making difficulties. In addition, the Ecological System Theory one-sided emphasis on the impact on the environment, this research was also carry on research on personality factors on the individual’s.The second part is the intervention study, it is based on the results of the first part,Combine positive psychology related theories,and according to them to design the intervention programme of Positive psychology’s group guidance activities lesson, and according to the principle of voluntary enrolment, after the career decision-making difficulties test, we choose 60 subjects, and divided them into experimental group and control group, intervention in the experimental group, in order to investigate the influence of College Students’ career decision-making difficulties.And the results are as follows:(1) College Students’ career decision making difficulties are in the middle level. And College Students’ career decision making difficulties have no significant differences on gender, native place or only child; and it has significant difference on having career counseling or not, parental education, nature of parents’ work or monthly income of the family.(2) College Students’ career decision making difficulties have significant negative correlations with online social support,and it have significant prediction to College Students’ career decision making difficulties.(3) College Students’ career decision making difficulties have significant correlations with personality, among them, in addition to the dimension of Neuroticism is a significant positive correlation, the other four dimensions of personality are significant negative correlation, and it have significant prediction to College Students’ career decision making difficulties(4) Positive psychology’s group guidance activities lesson designed by the characteristics of College Students’ career decision making difficulties, it has significant effect on intervening College Students’ career decision making difficulties. It can help students develop positive interpersonal relationships, establish the concept of positive cognitive, experience positive emotions, develop positive behavior, to improve the shillyshally character, then enhance understanding of their own ability and advantage and improve the ability to obtain employment information.
