At present,with the deepening of the reform of physical education in colleges and universities,the number of students in the class of physical education is increasing,and the reform of football classroom teaching is facing new problems.As a form of grouping teaching,heterogeneous grouping teaching highlights students’ dominant position in the teaching process.It combines students with different foundations and levels to form a form of mutual help and learning within the group,which plays a positive role in improving students’ sports skills,interpersonal communication ability and social adaptability.To improve the teaching effect of college sports professional football lesson,in this paper,the heterogeneous group teaching in colleges and universities sports professional football lesson,experimental research on the application of using the difference between team members and team competitive between teaching,starting from the two aspects of collective teaching and the students according to their aptitude,follow in order to students as the main body,teacher as the leading,Goal-oriented education philosophy.For professional sports in football teaching in colleges and universities,the problems of mainly using the method of documentary,investigation,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics research methods,such as sports college level 2019 in guangxi sports education professional football two special class of 50 students as the subjects,for one semester teaching experiment,Through longitudinal and horizontal comparative study on the experimental data of the experimental class and the control class,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Both heterogeneous grouping teaching and conventional teaching can improve students’ physical qualities in 25 m x4 return run and standing long jump,but not significantly in 30 m and 800 m run,indicating that heterogeneous grouping teaching is not superior to conventional teaching in improving students’ physical qualities.(2)The heterogeneous group teaching and routine teaching can improve students’ basic technical level,from the experimental data,the experimental classes improve faster,especially the technical level is poorer students improve obviously,toss the ball after the experiment,two class header,prospective,the rod shot four technical indicators have significant difference,show the effect of heterogeneous grouping teaching to improve students’ football technology better.(3)Both heterogenous grouping teaching and conventional teaching can improve students’ theoretical knowledge level.According to the data results,the experimental class improves faster,indicating that heterogenous grouping teaching is more conducive to improving students’ theoretical knowledge of football than conventional teaching.(4)On the competition ability,heterogeneous group teaching and routine teaching can improve students’ technical ability,tactical ability and psychological quality,from the experiment data,after the two shifts on technical and tactical ability has significant difference,that heterogeneous group teaching on improving technical and tactical ability is superior to routine teaching.(5)Compared with conventional teaching,heterogeneous grouping teaching is more recognized by students,and can effectively improve students’ group cohesion and internal motivation in the three dimensions of subjective ability,effort/importance and relevance.(6)Under the same condition of physical quality,the technical level,theoretical level and competition ability of the two classes are in a positive proportion.That is to say,when one of them improves,the other two will also improve.There will be no difference due to the different teaching forms.
