| In the previous period,Mao Zedong said in "The Study of Sports" : "Civilization its spirit,barbarism its body",Xi Jinping Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it has repeatedly stressed the importance of building a strong sports country,and the dream of a strong sports country is closely related to the Chinese dream,integrating sports into the overall pattern of realizing the "two centenary goals" to plan,deepen sports reform,update sports concepts,and promote the coordinated development of mass sports,competitive sports and sports industry.In the context of education in the new era,physical education in colleges and universities has also ushered in a necessary reform.At this stage,China’s university teaching focuses on strengthening online education,vigorously promoting the development of "Internet + education",accelerating the strengthening of education informatization,advocating the sharing of high-quality educational resources,and promoting the construction of an educational power.School physical education places special emphasis on reform and innovation and is future-oriented;Make up for shortcomings and develop characteristics;Cohesion and collaborative education.In order to meet the needs of talent training in the new era and strengthen the concept of talent training,China regards education informatization as an endogenous variable of educational reform,and promotes the update of teaching concepts,the reform of teaching models and the reconstruction of the education system.Take "sports people" as an important goal of physical education teaching reform in the new era,optimize teaching strategies from content,form and means,improve teaching advantages,innovate teaching methods,and improve teaching quality.Research Objective: This study aims to explore better teaching methods and contribute to the development of table tennis teaching in colleges and universities.The heterogeneous group teaching method based on flipped classroom will be tried to be applied in table tennis teaching,innovate teaching design,and optimize teaching methods.This method and traditional teaching method are compared and analyzed in four aspects: cooperation ability,competitive awareness,table tennis skill level and theoretical knowledge,in order to explore the feasibility of this method in college teaching,whether the teaching method can improve the teaching effect and the advantages of the teaching method compared with the traditional teaching method,so as to better promote the table tennis education and educational reform in colleges and universities.Research Methods: In this study,the literature method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method and experimental method were used to take the teaching effect of heterogeneous grouping teaching method based on flipped classroom in table tennis teaching in colleges and universities as the research object,and the students of the 3rd and 4th small classes of 2021 of the School of Physical Education of Shandong University of Technology were the experimental objects.Compared with the traditional teaching method,the advantages of the method are obtained by comparing the effects of theoretical knowledge,skill level,cooperation ability and competitive awareness.Results of the study: Through 13 weeks of teaching experiments,the following results were obtained by using SPSS.26 to statistically sort out the experimental data: In terms of theoretical knowledge,the P values of the written test and trial lecture results of the experimental group and the control group after the experiment were 0.035 and<0.001,and there were significant differences between the two groups.In terms of table tennis skill level,the statistical analysis of the five results of the experimental group and the control group after the experiment,the serve,backhand attack,forehand attack,left push right attack and technical evaluation,the P values were 0.042,0.023,0.015,0.039 and 0.046,respectively,the P values were significantly different < 0.05,and the P value of the 3-meter parallel touch table item was equal to 0.730,and there was no significant difference between the two groups.In terms of cooperation ability,the seven dimensional data of the experimental group and the control group after the experiment were statistically analyzed,and the P values were 0.044,0.004,0.021,0.043,<0.001,0.023 and <0.001,respectively,and the P values of the seven data were less than 0.05,and there were significant differences between the two groups.In terms of competition awareness,the data analysis of the two groups after the experiment showed that there were significant differences in benign competition P=0.017 and excessive competition P=0.045,both of which were < 0.05.Research conclusion: Through 13 weeks of teaching experiment,the measured data before and after the experiment were analyzed horizontally and longitudinally,and the following conclusions were reached through the research results:(1)Compared with the traditional teaching method,the heterogeneous group teaching method based on flipped classroom is adopted,and the theoretical knowledge level of table tennis is improved greater.(2)Compared with the traditional teaching method,the heterogeneous group teaching method based on flipped classroom is more effective to improve students’ table tennis skills.(3)Compared with the traditional teaching method,the heterogeneous group teaching method based on flipped classroom can improve students’ cooperation ability and meet the needs of students’ all-round development.(4)Compared with the traditional teaching method,the heterogeneous group teaching method based on flipped classroom can improve students’ sense of competition and promote students’ personalized development. |
