| Due to the professional students of sports culture at the present stage in China,most of the professional sports college students’ learning habits and learning foundation is much less than the literacy class students,college learning and entertainment time without planning and arrangement of the parents and the teacher,subsequent may produce some kind of learning burnout,anxiety and other adverse mental emotional and psychological problems.This study investigated the time management tendency and learning burnout of college students majoring in physical education,and then discussed the correlation between them.And through the sports major college students time management tendency targeted group psychological counseling,from the perspective of psychological intervention to solve the problem of sports major college students learning burnout.Methods: 268 college students majoring in physical education from 2018 to 2021 were investigated in the School of Physical Education Science,Shenyang Normal University,and the correlation between their time management tendency and learning burnout was discussed.According to the time management disposition and learning burnout level of each dimension,formulate relevant solutions group psychological guidance,in shenyang normal university sports science college freshman 40 students as experimental object,randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the control group does not accept any intervention treatment,the experimental group accepted intervention experimental activities,intervention time for 8 weeks.Before and after the experiment,students’ time management tendency and learning burnout were tested,and the data before and after the test were statistically analyzed.Research results:(1)The average time management tendency of physical education majors is 3.05,and the average value of learning burnout is 2.96,and the three dimensions of each fluctuate up and down around the total score value,and the standard deviation is less than 1;(2)Time management tendency and overall learning burnout among male and female students majoring in physical education.There is no significant difference between the scores and different dimensions(P>0.05);(3)There are differences in the total score of physical education college students’ time management tendency and between each dimension,overall assessments of learning disabilities,physical and mental fatigue,and academic alienation vary significantly from class to class.In the low power dimension,there is no significant difference between the two masses(P>0.05);(4)There was also a tremendous negative correlation between time management tendencies and learning burnout.And their various dimensions in the PE.major group(P<0.01);(5)After eight weeks of treatment,the study group’s propensity to time management and scores across dimensions improved significantly.(P<0.05);In the test group,the overall value of learning burnout,physical and mental fatigue,and low performance levels was significantly reduced.(P<0.05),but in the academic alienation There was no significant decrease in dimensions(P>0.05),while the time management tendency of the control group had no significant change(P>0.05).Conclusions:(1)The time management tendency and learning burnout of college students majoring in physical education are at a moderate level;(2)There are no significant differences between men and women in the burnout and thermal management dimensions of sports education.(3)In terms of grade variables,I students of different sports levels have significant differences in time management,learning burnout,physical and mental burnout,and academic distancing tendencies.(4)The total score and different dimensions of time management tendency and learning burnout of college students majoring in physical education There is a very significant negative correlation between them;(5)Targeted group psychological counseling is effective and can extremely improve the time management skills of physical education students,and can also reduce their learning burnout levels to varying degrees. |
