Objective:This study aims to develop a time management group counseling program for post-95 post-secondary students,explore ways and techniques to improve the time management tendency of vocational students,and examine two intervention programs:time management group counseling and time management.The "Video"course,the impact of the post-95 post-secondary students' time management tendencies,and examine the differences between the two approaches.Methods:Thirty participants were selected from 100 Hunan Mechanical and Electrical Vocational and Technical College students who voluntarily enrolled,and the scores were lower than the average score.The subjects(18 freshmen and 12 sophomores)were randomly divided into three groups.That is,experimental group 1,experimental group 2,and control group.The independent variable is the intervention method(ie,time management group counseling),and the dependent variable is the score of two scales(Adolescent Time Management Disposition Scale and Group Satisfaction Self-Evaluation Scale).The experimental group 1 was given a group counseling intervention once a week,a total of eight times,the experimental group 2 self-study video course,the control group did not accept any experimental treatment.Before and after the experiment,the "Adolescent Time Management Disposition Scale" scale was used to measure the differences in time management tendencies among the three groups,and the group activity members' self-evaluation scale and interview method were used to collect the subjects for group counseling and video courses.Results:Before group counseling,there was no significant difference in the time management propensity level between the experimental group 1,the experimental group 2 and the control group.After the group counseling,there was a significant difference in the time management tendency level between the experimental group 1,the experimental group 2 and the control group.The experimental group 1 and the experimental group 2 had significant differences in the time management tendency level before and after the test,but the improvement level of the experimental group 1 was higher than that of the experimental group 2;the time management tendency level of the control group before and after the test was not significant.difference.Conclusion:Time management group counseling can improve the time management tendency of vocational students;the effect of standardized group counseling is better than that of video courses.
