A Study On The Application Of Group Counseling For Senior Middle School Students

Time management disposition is a person how to think about time, how to use time and its estimate of the time management ability of confidence, behavior reflects on the psychological and behavioral characteristics. The formation of students’ time management disposition, contribute to its reasonable time management, effective use of time, so as to improve the learning efficiency. This study college time management disposition theory of three-dimensional structure model as the theoretical basis, design the high students’ time management disposition group guidance scheme, using the questionnaire method and experimental method, for the senior students in time management disposition group guidance experiments, the experimental class and control class research found that:The high grade students’ time management disposition is not perfect;Girls and boys in time management disposition time values, concept of time monitoring and self-efficacy of three dimensions have significant differences; Girls better than boys. Group counseling has positive influence on senior students time management disposition, especially in the two aspects of time monitoring and self-efficacy,the impact on the values of time isn’t well; Senior students time management disposition group guidance the establishment of the target and content choice, must build on the basis of scientific theory; Senior students time management disposition determination of group counseling training goal should be to improve two aspects of time monitoring and self-efficacy as the main task; Self-discovery, behavior guide, effectiveness of training, sharing and group discussion are effective forms of senior students time management disposition group guidance and methods; Senior students time management disposition group guidance should play emotional support, try a positive experience, development of adaptive behavior and rebuilding the role of rational cognition, will impact on students and ascend.
