As Comrade Xi Jinping pointed out in his report to the 19 th CPC National Congress,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era in the decisive stage of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.The development of education informatization in the new era has become a hot topic.In April 2018,the Ministry of Education issued the "Education Informatization 2.0 Action Plan" to actively promote the development of "Internet + Education".As mathematics normal university students in Tibet are the main source and reserve force of mathematics teachers in primary and secondary schools in Tibet,the informatization construction of mathematics education in Tibet has been concerned by all walks of life.Under the background of education informatization 2.0 action plan,this study studies the construction path of mathematics education informatization in colleges and universities in Tibet,finds the progress and existing problems in the construction of mathematics education informatization in colleges and universities in Tibet,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and measures.This paper is divided into seven parts: The first part is the introduction,which elaborates the reason,concept definition,theoretical basis,research purpose and significance of the topic.The second part is a literature review,which sorts out the status quo of mathematics education informatization in universities and colleges at home and abroad,clears up ideas,and lays a solid foundation for the following research.The third part is the research design and implementation.The subjects of this study are normal mathematics students from Tibet University and Lhasa Teachers College.A total of 330 questionnaires are issued,of which 323 are valid,and the reliability and validity of the questionnaires are good.The fourth part is data analysis.In order to understand whether there are differences in gender,origin place and school category among mathematics normal university students in Tibet,Cross-table and Chisquare test are conducted on gender,origin place and school category in pairs.In order to grasp the current situation of mathematics education informatization construction in colleges and universities in Tibet,the second part of the questionnaire was analyzed by frequency and frequency analysis and difference analysis.In order to explore the construction path of mathematics education informatization in Tibet colleges and universities,exploratory factor analysis,multiple linear regression analysis and mediation effect analysis were carried out in the third part of the questionnaire.The fifth part is the teacher interview analysis,supplement and perfect the mathematics normal university student questionnaire analysis results.The sixth divided into countermeasures and measures,and through the data analysis to find out the Tibet university mathematics problems existing in the development of education informatization,and the corresponding attention from advocating mathematics teachers and education informatization related policies,promote mathematics students discipline software application ability,optimization of hardware and software resources,improve the ability of mathematics teachers and teachers’ education technology four aspects put forward the countermeasures and measures.The seventh part is the research conclusion.Based on the data analysis results and teacher interview analysis,the following conclusions are drawn: there are certain differences between gender and origin place of students,origin place of students and school;Tibet normal university mathematics students need to pay more attention to education informatization related policies and learn mathematical modeling courses;There are significant differences in five demographic variables: gender,student origin,nationality,grade and school category.The three variables of information infrastructure construction,teachers’ educational technical ability,and mathematics normal university students’ technical support learning have a great role in promoting the path of education information construction in Tibet universities in the new era.The contribution of mathematics normal university students’ technical support teaching is in the middle,while the influence of mathematics normal university students’ mastery of disciplinary tools is small.The educational technology ability of teachers in Tibet plays a partial mediating role between the information infrastructure construction and the information technology application ability of mathematics normal university students.
