Action Research Of Education Technical Ability Training Strategy Of Students In Normal Universities Under Information Environment

Educational informatization is a very famous education revolution nowadays. Educational informatization aims at combining technology into teaching process, and helps students study. This transformation increases the technology and professional knowledge and ability. And that's the point of modern education technology. So education technology competence is a necessary element of teacher profession quality.Along with the promulgation of "Educational Technology Competence Standards for primary and secondary Teachers" and the execution of primary and secondary teachers' educational ability construction plan, the related construction about teachers has already been activated. My research mainly focuses on teacher professional development, relies on , takes action research as an approach, and takes information environment as a tool, analyzes the problems exists in normal students' educational training process, looking for the solution and construct a training strategy including training goal, training content, training principles, training implementation and estimation strategy. This is to improve the students' educational technology and promote their development in professional areas.My research can be divided into 5 categories:1. I use reference method and investigation method to expound the necessity of training normal students' technology ability, characters and related training patterns overseas, analyze the existing situation of training normal student and then find out the problems.2. According to theses problems, making reference to primary and secondary teachers' ability construction content, establish normal students' educational technology ability training goal and content.3. I did action research into junior students who study in school of foreign language of Southwest University. All the action research includes four steps and every step is related to different modules, for example, basic concept and theory, information technology and media, information instruction design and instruction estimation. In every step, focus on establishing action plan, action deployment, online instruction assistant platform action, and then attend next step. 4. Establish a multi remark strategy, and apply data analysis and communication theory tothe investigating and analyzing of the training result.Thinking about the whole research process, sum up a training execution principle, including main body principle, participant principle, majority principle, practical principle, whole principle and implementation strategy, take it as a reference about normal students' educational technology ability training.
