School education promotes high school students to complete the socialization of adolescents.In this process,psychological development is mainly social development.One of the tasks is to form gender role characteristics,that is,to develop psychologically male and female characteristics that meet social expectations.As society’s expectations for male and female characteristics continue to change,the gender roles of high school students have become more diverse,which has become a hot social issue in recent years.At present,there are few researches on gender role traits of high school students in China.Most of the existing gender role scales abroad are based on the classical measurement theory,focusing more on the classification of gender roles,and cannot obtain information on the development level and structure of individual gender roles.Diagnostic information about the feature.In view of this,this study takes the diagnosis of gender role traits of high school students as the research object,using the cognitive diagnostic theory research paradigm,firstly constructs a cognitive model of gender role traits for high school students based on gender schema theory,and then compiles a model based on evidence center design method."Gender Role Traits Scale for High School Students",and finally use the self-compiled R language program to comprehensively verify the various measurement indicators of the scale.The results show that:(1)The constructed cognitive model of gender role traits of high school students is reasonable and can be used as a theoretical basis for the compilation of cognitive diagnostic scales.(2)The "Gender Role Traits Scale for High School Students" has been verified by actual measurement.All the discrimination degrees are within the normal range,and the reliability and validity have reached the basic standards of measurement,which can be used as an effective measure of the gender role traits of high school students tool.
