Analysis And Solutionsabout Dropout Issue Of Vocational Collage A Of Hebei Province

The high vocational education is vital for the vocational education of China.It provides highly skilled and practical personnel to meet the requirements of rapid social and economical development of China.In recent years,both Chinese government and the society have been paying high attention to the high vocational education which has entered the golden age of fast development.However,also the high vocational education maintains a good momentum of development,certain disadvantages still exist especially the dropout issue.The students' dropout issue of high vocational college is,on the one hand,impedes the healthy and orderly development of high vocational education,and on the other hand,harms the healthy growth and success of the students.Therefore,it has become a critical issue to dispose of the dropout issue of high vocational college students.It is of great practical significance to analyze the current situation of the dropout issue,find out its reason,and propose a solution.This thesis takes high vocational college A as the object to study.By means of investigating and analyzing the dropout situation in the Class of 2010 to 2014,this thesis sums up the reason of the dropout issue,and then provides countermeasures to solve the problem.In the first place,this thesis analyzes the dropout situation in two aspects including the dropout of new student and dropout of student at school.It analyzes the negative effect caused by dropout to the students,their family,college and the whole society.Meanwhile,according to Super's career planning theory which indicates the deficiency of high college level will cause huge negative influence on the career,this thesis explains the necessity to solve the dropout issue.Moreover,this thesis analyzes the dropout situation of Class 2010 to 2014 then and makes specialized difference analysis on those students who leave the college after enrollment.By means of making questionnaires and interview of the students,this thesis finds out the reason of dropout issue from in three aspects i.e.the student,college and society.Eventually,based on the aforesaid reasons and guided by Maslow's hierarchy of needs,this thesis looks for the solution to dispose of the dropout issue.The solution includes that: Enhance the comprehensive quality of the student by training effective method of study and improving the psychological ability of the student;improve the service quality of high vocational college;enhance the education and guidance of new student;Improve the communication with the student's parents;Enhance the acceptance from student's family and the society.
