Research On The Localization Construction Of The Personal Danger Assessment Scale For Juveniles Involved In Crimes

On the basis of previous studies,this paper makes a tentative exploration on the personal risk assessment measurement table,hoping to attract the attention of the judicial and social workers to the personal risk assessment of minors involved in crime,so that with the intervention of personal risk and the promotion of their status,So that the traditional criminal law view of "only seeing the behavior but not the perpetrator" can be transformed into the road of "looking at both the behavior and the perpetrator".Therefore,this paper chooses to start from the minors involved in the crime and try to make a specific discussion on the evaluation tools of personal danger.The risk assessment tool for minors is a prediction means to screen certain factors as predictors by using the theories and behavioral science methods of psychology,Criminology and sociology,and study the possibility of recidivism of the evaluation object according to the relationship between these factors and the personality behavior,first-time crime and the possibility of recidivism of minors involved in crime.The social investigation and evaluation scale for minors involved in crime in this paper is divided into six dimensions: individual dimension,family dimension,school dimension,community dimension,peer dimension and crime dimension,with a total of 132 questions.The author deduces the concept through relevant literature and theory,combs and refers to the maturity scale and decomposes its operation,consults experts’ suggestions for supplement and adjustment according to practical needs,and then selects 20 minors involved in crime,9 prosecutors and 8 judicial social workers to carry out individual case interviews,combined with the author’s work experience in judicial social work,rich consulting cases and other materials,Through qualitative analysis,this paper constructs the social investigation and evaluation scale of minors involved in crime.Then,by means of target sampling,we selected the minors（118）involved in crime in the procuratorates of all districts of G province to carry out the scale measurement.After data recovery,the validity of the data was tested by item analysis,exploratory factor analysis and reliability and validity statistical methods.The results show that the self-made social investigation and evaluation scale for minors involved in crime has good reliability and validity,and can provide a basis for social investigation in judicial practice and its follow-up observation,protection,assistance and education.Finally,the contribution and deficiency of the personal risk assessment of minors involved in crime are further discussed.
