A Case Management Study On The Construction Of Social Support Networks For Juveniles Involved In Crimes

In recent years,the procuratorial organs have gradually attached importance to introducing social workers to provide more professional help and education services for teenagers who are not conditionally prosecuted.In this paper,combining the practice of social work institutions’ intervention in the work of helping and teaching juvenile delinquents,on the basis of clarifying the situation of juvenile delinquents,judicial work process and the role of social workers,based on the theory of social support network,the use of case management mode to carry out service intervention.Taking the juvenile Xiaorui as a case,the author found that Xiaorui had multiple problems,such as self-cognitive deviation,insufficient family and social support,by using the methods of interview and observation.In the process of intervention,social workers mainly through social investigation,evaluation,psychological counseling,family therapy,community volunteer service,the franco-prussian education and so on a variety of ways for the small red provides case management services,from the individual level,family level,social level to help it build perfect social support network,in order to realize the ultimate return to society smoothly.Conclusion based on the results of the service process,found that between case management services and social support network building complement each other,in the process of the practice to focus on perfecting related crime family support function,pay attention to the service of teenagers rigour and confidentiality,flexible shift the role and status of social workers and build a perfect social support network.Also from professional social workers,the selection of the research object,the ethics of social work,social workers and cooperation between the judicial organs,and so on has made the professional reflection,argues that draw lessons from foreign advanced experience constantly improve localization involved crime teenagers for the fact of the domestic education system,to provide more for the social work intervention policy space.
