Research On Financial Risk Management Of "Education Cloud" PPP Project Of XXX Co.,Ltd

The goal of the "Education Cloud" project in Z City,H Province is to enable all students to receive fair and high-quality education,and to promote the school to pay more attention to the cultivation of responsibility consciousness,innovation spirit and practical ability from the inheritance of knowledge,so as to truly build a modern education system in the information age.As the project has a heavy task and a large demand for funds,Z municipal government has introduced the PPP mode into the "Education Cloud" project,which not only gives full play to the advantages of social capital in technology,management and operation,but also solves the difficulties of government departments’ lack of funds,but also provides better products and services for the public.For XXX company,the social capital of the project,under the incentive and constraint mechanism of optimal risk distribution,it can also have enough power to comprehensively consider the design scheme,construction quality and subsequent operation and maintenance costs of the project,effectively reduce the cost of the whole life cycle of the project and improve its own income level on the premise of ensuring the service quality.This paper takes the financial risk management of the "Education Cloud" PPP project of XXX company as the research object.From the third perspective,through standardized research methods and research processes,combined with case introduction,literature research and data analysis,this paper discusses the development direction,basis and possibility of the project,and analyzes the possible financial risks of the current project by giving examples of the financial risks of the PPP project,from the aspects of project content,project implementation Starting from the different stages of project acceptance,project operation and maintenance,consider the scale of financial funds consumed in each stage and count whether sufficient returns can be achieved in the operation stage,find out the possible financing risks in the initial stage of the project,the possible excessive government intervention in the investment stage,the imperfect financing plan design,the low level of project operation and management,and the unreasonable distribution of interests,Consider the financial risks faced by the company’s "Education Cloud" PPP project,and formulate corresponding optimization measures according to the problems that may occur in the project management process,optimize the project’s financial risk management system or reduce the impact of risks.In order to reduce the financial management risk of "Education Cloud" PPP project,based on the research on the management of similar PPP projects at home and abroad,I analyzed and obtained the management risk evaluation of the project in combination with the corresponding project operation management,and analyzed the financial risk faced by participation in the PPP project by using the standardized research process and taking "Education Cloud" as the theme.Firstly,the paper introduces the background and significance of this research,analyzes the research status of relevant literature at home and abroad in combination with the PPP project,specifies the content,framework and methods of this research,and grasps the theoretical basis of risk management on the premise of discussing the concepts in different fields of PPP project.Then,on the basis of determining the research direction of the enterprise’s "Education Cloud" PPP financial risk management,this paper introduces the content of the project,analyzes the enterprise’s "Education Cloud" PPP financial risk by using different data analysis methods,summarizes the problems existing in the project’s risk management,and introduces the reasons for their occurrence.Then,based on the analysis of the current situation of risk management of XXX company,this paper puts forward the financial risk management control countermeasures for the PPP project of the enterprise,ensures the profitability of the enterprise in the project,and promotes the development of financial risk management of the enterprise in the "Education Cloud" PPP project into a virtuous circle.
