Research On The Causes And Control Strategies Of Financial Risks Of A Vocational And Technical College

Along with the rapid development of Chinese higher education,institutions of higher learning in debt management become the norm,the financial risk is also increasingly prominent.Because of government intervention,and dissolve the financial risk of the most key universities has been given and some resolving,financial risk is greatly reduced,but professional class university's new campus construction started relatively late,the weaker national financial support,policy is not loose and even in a state of tightening,lead to serious financial risk.A vocational and technical college is in this case,the new campus construction began in 2009,the state financial supports is not strong,so the school risk of financial is very serious.In this paper,using A vocational college as the example,based on the theory of college financial problems and discusses from the following several aspects:First,this paper analyzed the present situation of the financial problems in colleges and universities,this paper expounds the current research progress of financial problems in colleges and universities,focus on the particularity of vocational colleges financial problems.Second,expounds some basic theories of financial risk,financial risks in universities is defined,the definition of the characteristics of university financial risk are analyzed.According to the characteristics of the financial risk of the ordinary university some general control method is proposed.Third,this paper analyzes the situation of college debt in Henan Province,based on A vocational college management system,financial governance structure and financial capital operation status quo,the reasons are further analyzed.Finally,according to the specific situation of A vocational college,and puts forward some feasible strategies to respond to the financial risk,from the aspect of government financial support,school internal system to improve and resolve the debt...
