Reciprocity Model Group Promotes Rural Old People Who Live Alone Interpersonal Ability Research ——Taking S Village In Luzhong District As An Example

With the acceleration of urbanization and the increasing aging of the population,the number of the elderly living alone in rural areas is increasing.Due to the particularity of life and communication,the elderly living alone in rural areas are more likely to suffer from problems.Social work has become an important force to improve the living status of the elderly living alone in rural areas.This paper takes the elderly living alone in S village as the research object,and collects group data of the elderly living alone by means of interview and survey.The results showed that the elderly living alone in S village had problems in interpersonal communication,such as small scope of interpersonal communication,monotonous daily activities and single form of interpersonal interaction.The reasons are caused by many factors,including aging of individuals,insufficient family support and insufficient social support.After the author understands the problems of the elderly,the elderly needs assessment,under the guidance of interpersonal interaction theory and group dynamics theory,set up a reciprocal group,carry out "Sunset red" interpersonal communication group activities,help the elderly master interpersonal skills,improve interpersonal communication ability,form a new interpersonal network.The group activities were divided into seven times,including the establishment of the group in the early stage to promote the understanding of the group members,the learning of communication mode in the middle stage to change the cognition,the formation of mutual help consciousness in the late stage to promote external communication,and the consolidation of the results of the activity at the end of the group.In the group,the group members have a harmonious relationship,frequent interaction,master interpersonal skills,interpersonal skills have been effectively improved.Evaluate the results,the team situation is good,we have achieved the goal higher satisfaction with the service object.Reciprocity group has a good effect on the interpersonal skills of the elderly living alone.However,the improvement of interpersonal skills is a continuous process,which requires the elderly living alone to continuously apply the knowledge learned in the group.It also requires us to build a social atmosphere suitable for the physical and mental development of the elderly living alone,and provide more social services for the elderly to choose.Enrich the spiritual life of the elderly living alone.
