| In the process of urbanization, more and more young workers flow into cities to seek development opportunities, and their parents also rush into cities to take care of grandchildren or for family reunion. The scale of flow expands rapidly, thus forming the group of "old people moving with them".Based on the data analysis of the seventh national census, the total floating population increased by 154 million,or69.73%,compared with the sixth national census. With the growth of age,the body function of these old people is declining, and their learning and adaptation ability is not as good as before. In the face of strange environment,a series of difficult to adapt problems will be generated. In this paper,30 elderly people in Y community of Guizhou Province were interviewed by observation method and interview method.Based on the existing literature and interview data,it was found that the interpersonal communication problems of the elderly living with them in this community were mainly manifested as three problems: cognitive bias in interpersonal communication, small circle of friends in interpersonal communication, and low community participation.Based on the above problems and the actual situation of the community, under the guidance of the social support theory,a social support group was established and six group activities were carried out.The group goals were basically achieved under the guidance of social workers. After the group activity, the intervention effect of the group work was evaluated by comparing the evaluation form of interpersonal communication problems of the group members. It is believed that the interpersonal communication problems of the elderly people in the group have been improved to a certain extent. Finally, through reflection and summary, three effects of group work intervention are summarized, and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of individual, family and community according to the practical situation, which provides practical reference for the future social work intervention in the interpersonal contact of the elderly living with them. |
