Modern distance education project in rural primary and secondary schools (hereinafter referred to as "nongyuan" project) is an important integrated point to reinforce the rural education and promote the rural education informationization. To push Vigorously forward modern distance education project in rural primary and secondary schools is conducive to raise the level of rural education, to change the ideological and cultural concept of countrymen and to build a harmonious socialist new countryside. It is also conducive to narrow the "digital divide " between urban and rural education. At present the vast majority of "nongyuan" projects have been used in rural schools, and has made remarkable achievements. However, when the author studies the current situation of using the "nongyuan" project in Dahua County, I find that there are many problems to be improved.In this paper, the author analyzes and sorts the survey data by SPSS 13.0, Microsoft Excel, Access and other software by the methods of library documents, interview and questionnaires, and proposes scientifically following problems in the process of "nongyuan" project development in ethnic minority areas in Guangxi: hardware investment deficiency and the lower rate of facilities utilization, the lack of awareness of the importance of "nongyuan" project and purpose ambiguity, teachers'low information literacy to impact on using of equipment, teacher training insufficiency and the dissatisfied effect, fewer software resources and irrational application, postfix-investments deficiency resulting to protecting funds, operation, management and maintenance of equipment are difficult to maintain. In order to solve effectively these problems and keep promotion of healthy and sustained development of the "nongyuan" projects, the author proposes seven targeted strategic recommendations:to increase the hardware investment, to improve the utilization of hardware resources, to change attitudes to improve teachers'modern education awareness, to strengthen teachers, administrative staff and students training to improve informational skills, to strengthen the construction power of teaching resources to promote resource building and sharing, to establish an effective incentive mechanism to ensure eco-development of that "nongyuan" project, to establish an effective evaluation system to ensure the effective application of resources, to establish sustainable financial support system to address the status of the lacking of follow-up funds. |
